TKS Martial Arts and Fitness

We are a family business and our priority is our families and their journey through our system. We have “many  strings to our bow”, as you can see when you go onto our classes and what we can offer you.

If you are interested in our main classes then we offer a unique codified system incorporating all sorts of aspects of Martial arts to include Fitness, Self defence, Well being both physically and mentally, respect, sharing, social and physical skills, Hand eye coordination, and discipline just to name a few.

With the current restrictions in place at the moment we are very careful to make sure all our classes are Covid compliant and also all our instructors are Covid officers and current enhanced PVG in place. These details along with all relevant insurance are always available for inspection.
