Fantastic experience: Very friendly atmosphere, I love that every week one of the 5 zones has its routes changed and the day of the change there's a family like feel to the place from all the people climbing there that evening (Thursdays 5:15pm-8:45pm). Affordable prices and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Negative experience: I joined in in June. Went twice as I thought I would give it a real effort but very disappointed. It is not a fake review, like you guys apparently like advertising to all the bad reviews you get. Learn from them and be better. I joined NR Fitness the same week I quit yours and couldn't be more happy. New equipment, open space new machines and space to workout in. Check your competition and see what're doing wrong and improve your space. Don't disregard bad reviews, they are not spite, most of them are honest.

Fantastic experience: Great place for both advanced gym goers and newbies. There are two floors filled with good quality equipment and the owner keeps adding more so everyone will find something for themselves. Friendly staff keep the place clean and COVID-secure at all times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: it's a great place filled with great people doing really good job. It's fairly inexpensive and just really decent. Clean facilities, and pretty much everything you would expect from a gym. It ticks all the boxes and does exactly what it says on the tin. New equipment added fairly recently, really good on weights, for both advanced users and beginners. Good Covid measures, cleanliness, there is little cafeteria if you fancy a drink and sun bed as well as climbing wall and the ninja thing which I haven't tried yet. Overall rating is very good obviously don't expect Nuffield health with Olympic pool and spa but it's half the price if not less.

Negative experience: Awful gym, awful owner, avoid like the plague, no personal skills from the owner, unprofessional run gym by a guy who hasn't got a clue about the industry. Plenty more gym locally that offer a more friendly, knowledgeable gym.

Negative experience: Absolutely poor quality gym. Crammed in equipment, poor management, most the positive reviews on here done by owner Peter Dive and staff. Takes your money and doesn't refund after cancellation avoid

Negative experience: Unprofessional owner and shoddy interior. Far more superior places to go than this backstreet bodge gym.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym Not only are the staff really friendly and the gym well spaced out with great equipment, but the level the staff go to to keep it clean in this current situation is amazing...checking your temperature before entering, one way system, correctly spaced apart equipment, hand sanitizer/cleaning station all round the gym, perspect screen in-between all cardio merchines and almost on the hour every hour a member staff wipes down all the equipment. Fantastic experience: Although I’ve been in the gym for a few weeks due to health problems, I did go a lot before, always found the staff friendly chatty & helpful. Never had to wait to use any machines seems to have a good atmosphere.

Negative experience: Awful customer service. I’ve had several incidents with managers/owners in the time that I’ve been a member. Only care about the money and not their members. They don’t even let you know when classes are cancelled. Never mind that I might have booked out time from working to attend the class!

Fantastic experience: Havent been in the gym yet, only been in the climbing wall area. All the staff i have spoke to have been very helpful when I've asked for help and tips whilst climbing. Seriously considering getting a membership

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, friendly and helpful staff, good range of fitness classes. Two separate weight areas, cardio area, all machines you could need - squat rack, Smith machine. Also sell good supplements. Beauty and tanning also available.

Negative experience: Be careful with these people!!!! After I made all the cancellation procedure because of distance to the gym. A worker clearly told me a wrong email for me to send an email stating why I shall I was going to leave the gym. After I have completed that, 7 months after they charged me £38 a months worth of gym, for stating they couldn’t find my email, and they refuse to give me my refund because they simply couldn’t find my email. Also I have proof of when I sent the email. So be careful! This is a horrible experience!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym me and my friends comes here regularly we enjoy all the use of the equipment, good range of classes, the staff are really nice, friendly and motivational. The price is very reasonable for a gym membership I would recommend to family and friends or anybody starting.
