Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about NR Gym in Dereham! It's a fantastic place to work out, with top-notch equipment and a great atmosphere. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and has everything you need for a solid workout. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, and I have to give a special shout-out to Jesse. Jesse is incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile, and makes everyone feel welcome. Whether you're new to the gym or a regular, you'll appreciate the supportive and positive environment that Jesse and the rest of the team create. Highly recommend NR Gym to anyone looking for a great place to get fit!

Positive experience: V good...tho the landlord should sort the leaks out and discrepancy ref monthly fees....advertise one price but its another whichis higher ....false advertising!!

Positive experience: Of the NR branches this one isn't as good as the others. The PTs/Staff need to be paying more attention to the younger/newer gym-goers as Somone is going to seriously hurt themselves! There's not as many duplicates of kit as there is in comparison to other NR sites. Which is a shame and you can be waiting around for a bit of kit for quite a long time. Other than that the kit is mainly new bar the kettle bells which need some love. The classes seem to be good as well.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to sign up 100% recommend it! The staff has always been so helpful! They have classes on all week with different times so there’s always one you can do! Not only that but a wide range of equipment to use! Throughout the year they always have a reception games on too where you can win some freebies including one month free memberships! If your looking for somewhere with an inviting atmosphere would definitely go here !

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for only 1.5 years . And I started taking it a bit more seriously 6 months ago .and its true you have to watch what you eat and go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and the results are surprising. I have lost weight , put on some muscle ,and trimmed my figure a bit .I enjoy going to the gym now because even at my age of 68 I can see the results .there is always someone around to give advice on how to use a machine the right way. So to sum it up its a brilliant gym with helpfull staff and lots of equipment. Cheers from a fit old man

Fantastic experience: What a place.. brilliant staff. Staff that care. Staff I feel I can approach...Staff that help.. brilliant I've joined .. got a coach aswell. 2 times a month...brilliant layout.. proper gym. Some big lads in there aswell. Upstairs plenty room. Overall for me is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Been attending NR since relocating to Dereham around 2 years ago and it has everything you need for novices to fitness enthusiasts. Friendly faces and attitudes from staff led by Scott (manager), a plethora of classes to choose from which are accessible via the APP, and plenty of support, guidance and motivation if required. The wider gym experience has a more 'family feel' were the staff members will help push you or help you reach your fitness goals. Could not recommend it to the wider community enough.

Positive experience: Great locally owned budget GYM, so happy to support. Very nice staff and clientele. Staff seem genuine and helpful. Mixed clientele who are there to get healthy and not for social media likes . Equipment could be better but then costs would have to increase. One criticism is they could do a deep cleansing once per week, which they announced will be happening every Sunday evening. Keep up the great work guys. Jas

Fantastic experience: I go around 5-6 days a week and always enjoy the experience there. Staff are friendly and it is also very clean and tidy. Is never usually overly busy so is an ideal place to get your session going smoothly. Has a decent range of facilities for all areas.

Fantastic experience: Decided to move away from the local leisure centre offering to something more flexible. Really pleased with the decision - the gym is much better equipped, 24/7 opening hours, classes with real people taking them and really friendly staff. The only thing missing is a Sauna, but I'm sure it will come eventually.

Fantastic experience: For the 2nd week I've attended the Zumba class. The gym has made all the necessary requirements from hand sanitiser at the door with clear direction on the floor. In the studio 2 metres is marked out on the floor. Feels safe. As always the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I went in to enquire and the young lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. She was only to happy to show me around. The equipment, machines and facilities are top quality. I simply can not fault this place, and I recommend anyone looking to join a gym to join this one. All the staff were so friendly, from the lovely young lady who gave me a tour to Scott a personal trainer right through to the owner Nathan. I run my own company Vincent Tech Services, and from one owner to another, I can't fault NR Health & Fitness.
