Negative experience: Scam Fitness website For Fitness equipment. Phone Number doesn’t even work on the top of the homepage And they link other Personal Trainer website to their website without even asking the companies permission there’s no one to call or talk to terrible company I wouldn’t use them if I was you

Positive experience: I have picked up many different items from BLKBOX over the years and everything has been of the highest quality. The only negative can be the wait times for some of the products but this is overshadowed by the quality.

Fantastic experience: Excellent quality of products, got a bench, barbell, plates and flooring. Quick delivery, and free over £500. Planning for a bigger order next time!

Negative experience: Order placed on 15th Mar. No comms. Called 15 days later and was assured would be out for delivery "soon". Just emailed and now lead time is 20-30 days. This is for a £2000 order. Avoid. There are much better companies with the same or better standard kit and proper service available.

Negative experience: Extremely slow. Ordered 08/03/24. Says 15 working day lead approx. Still no email to say order dispatched. Customer service said latest 08/04/24 dispatch. All items were simple wall storage that don’t require a weld. Btw press the sales option when you ring or no one will answer.

Negative experience: Total shocked you can not buy spare parts! I have a flat bench missing a rubber foot from a house move. I reached out asking for one and got a email back saying they don't do them. A few months later a need bearings fit my Belfast bar reached out again and got a reply saying they designed the bars but don't make them and guess what no parts available. May be great products but very poor back up wish I would of known before spending so much money on a bar

Negative experience: Worst customer service. From going back and fourth to get the correct order and invoice (which surely shouldn’t be difficult). I had to wait a long time for a delivery that didn’t show and then had to wait a further week for some of it to arrive. I’ve been sent the leg curl attachment which isn’t compatible with the foldaway rig I ordered. ON THE SAME ORDER that they completed. They even state on their website it’s compatible. Now to send back for a refund is going to cost me money in shipping as it’s expensive. Martin doesn’t ring back. Worst company should have cancelled the whole order when I realised they couldn’t raise a simple invoice correctly. Also their idea of adding a discount to a big order it to take a percentage off and then ADD £180 pallet fee to it. It’s free delivery on the website yet if you message them you get charged more. When I questioned it they then took the pallet fee off and charged me full price. Thats still not a discount (which they agreed as it was a big order) when the website says free delivery. Useless. Also as above some of the kit did have paint chipping off which is disappointing yet to return anything you have to pay shipping which is very expensive.

Negative experience: 1 star is already too much. We are still waiting on our money. They don't deliver. They cancelled the order by themself, and we are still waiting on after 2 ,5 week on our money, more than a few grant in euros. But they don't answer the email. nothing. at all! This company is a really really RED FLAG! They reacting, that they are in contact with me, but nothing happen at all!! It's almost 1 week later, and still nothing!

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER from this company! They Lied to me about sending out package, I got onto the couriers who said it was never sent out. Had to wait nearly 3 weeks, then my emails were ignored too. Absolute disgrace of a company will never use again and never recommend to anyone. They also delete the bad reviews too, that says it all

Positive experience: Very nice dumbbells I ordered about 4 days ago and received them today the looks & the shape it is very good. The quality is good as well. I noticed there are marks on the dumbbells though and bulges going inwards also there is quite a big gap on the inside bit on 1 of the dumbbell as you can see in the photo and a crack going across the rubber. Not sure if the gap will cause anything to happen in the future or get worse but those are some of the things i wasn’t quite happy about when i unboxed my order especially at the price they are at, very pricey dumbbells & the dumbbells are abit oily for some reason maybe this might be normal because their new if I had to rate them out of 10 I’d give it a 8/10 because of the marks and the gap.

Fantastic experience: I bought myself a single free standing squat stand. I can say with confidence that it was built with the utmost quality in mind. All the cnc work was brilliant and it was thick as a rock. It was easy to roll around on the floor with the wheels underneath. Have used it for months and never felt unsafe racking it with a lot of weight. Would definitely reccommend their equipment to anyone.

Negative experience: So awkward to try and organise delivery, not easy or straight forward to deal with.

Negative experience: I ordered their agility turf and have had major issues so far. Upon arrival they had given me the wrong measurements leaving me 8 inches short and was missing the border on two sides so I was unable to install the new flooring. Raised this issue with customer service who replied with very little urgency. After a few days of back and forth they agreed to send additional strips to add on(I was unhappy with this as it is more likely to rise/come up in smaller strips) but I had a portion of my gym floor out of use so wanted this fixed asap. After 4 weeks without any updates the addition strips arrived. They were stained and were a different material/quality from the rest of the turf. So again I was still unable to properly install the turf! Overall I’m extremely unsatisfied with the experience and will be looking for a resolution asap

Negative experience: I would like to agree with other reviews and say products are built to last, but my £350 bench arrived damaged in multiple places meaning I couldn’t build it! Seat connector metal support structure was bent. Backrest cushion material was damaged in several places. I was so disappointed that an expensive product such as thus fails at the first hurdle. I’m sure this will be blamed on mishandling by couriers as opposed to ownership of poorly packaging goods, or the manufacturing process. Upon opening, I did notice the protective packaging was very poor, so I wasn’t surprised really. Lets see how the customer service fairs to sort this out for me. TBC

Positive experience: I ordered a BLK swiss bar, 20kg x 4 bumper plates, 1x lat pulley system, rope, lat pulldown bar, landmine that you need a bumper plate to attach into. The Swiss bar, plates and the rope and latpulldown bar all came relatively fast within the same month. However I had to wait 3 months to get the pulley system and landmine attachment as they had to be specially produced. In fairness I kept in contact with them on their instant messenger on the website and the lady I was communicating with always responded, it is natural to get a bit anxious if waiting that long but my order eventually came. They explained they had a large backlog and things were slow with manufacturing but should you really be selling the item when you have that isssue? Like my items were being sold whilst I had to wait 3 months to get it shipped. I am happy that everything worked out in the end. I would order from BLK BOX again, especially bumper plates. Reviews of the gear. Swiss bar 20kg - Was a bigger bar than I expected, not really ideal for overhead press due to its size. I only use it for benching and tricep overhead extensions. The angles of the 6 different handles are a bit strange, they are not entirely straight as per a swiss bar but slightly at an angle, but not enough to call this bar a 'football bar'. Some defects in the bar that feels like it was rushed during production such as annoying sounds of metal moving inside the bar, and a few other things but its usable and I dont babysit my bars anyway. 3/5 Rating. Pulley System ( as seen in photo) - As i train at home I wanted access to a pulley system for lat pulldowns, ab flexion, tricep pushdowns. This is a really well made piece of kit that provides a way to do these exercises. My cage is not the highest so it makes the tricep rope very low to the ground and I need to kneel down to use it properly but its not a deal breaker. Definitely provides a new exercise for me and a reason not to constantly have to do chin ups all the time ;). 5/5 rating. Bumper plates 20kg x 4 - Cant say much here. Very nice bumper plates and highly rated. I would say if you want bumper plates then BLK are a very good choice in Ireland. 5/5 Rating. Latpulldown bar / Tricep rope - Cant say much here, they are exactly what you would expect. 4/5 rating. Landmine attachment that fits into a bumper plate - Adds an additional exercise selection for home gym users. Reccomended. 4/5.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic products! I bought the blackout binary folding rack with folding bench and Belfast barbell. Everything made to a really high quality and quick delivery. It may be easier in the USA to get comparable quality for the same price but I'd be surprised if they lost on price in the EU. Only consideration is that the stringer bar for the squat rack wasn't long enough to hit all studs it needed to (it's a new home with fairly standard stud locations in the UK). I had to install a boards on the wall to make it work which is fine but not as clean looking!

Another failure 3rd date I've been given and 3rd date I haven't received my order. Cancelled order. Use strength shop uk they use DPD as courier and have better quality products. Its worth the extra cost.

Fantastic experience: You may be thinking "so what's the difference between BLK Box and Rogue? They're both make really good quality products and they both seem to be obsessed with black." Well simply. When ready, your goods come so much quicker despite using the same delivery service as Rogue. ....and BLK Box do seem to be able to deviate from black, occasionally.

Negative experience: Awful company in relation to customer services. I spoke to Jordan who promised to return a call in relation the the products I had purchased, no returned call. Subsequently I had to phone back and spoke to John, who again gave me his word he would call me straight back, and guess what ? Quick enough to take payment, awful when it comes to locating my products that I’ve been waiting nearly a month for. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service and communication. Nearly a month for an “in stock” item to be dispatched and very little in the way of explanation from anyone. Take your money elsewhere. There is no excuses for poor communication.

I received a response asking for the full order details including name, address and what I required. I sent this off and haven’t received a response since. Very poor customer service in my experience.
