Elthorne Sports Centre

Positive experience: We've held a couple of kids parties here and they have always gone down very well. Paul who manages the parties, is absolutely fantastic. He is brilliant with the kids, organising games and keeping everything safe but making it all lots of fun. The kids always have an absolute blast. The entrance and the toilet facilities are a bit grubby, otherwise I'd be leaving 5 stars. Paul gets 5 stars for his efforts at the parties!

Fantastic experience: Held a birthday party in the sports centre, the children loved it, particularly the bouncy castle. Paul who runs the parties is fantastic with the children and a great help to the parents.

Negative experience: Poor lighting cold showers when it rains water leaks in sports hall and changing room.been almost 5years been asking for lighting to be improved to no avail.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant first visit here. Had a great time trampolining even if my body did ache the next day. A huge thanks to Del and everyone else there for making my visit so enjoyable

Positive experience: Good size sports hall with great games facilities and even a bouncy castle! (not sure, this might've been bought in). Small but well enough equipped gym. Disabled shower alongside regular ones and young but friendly and helpful staff. Floor's a bit grubby in places but overall a good day.

Positive experience: Shame they do not have enough equipment in the tiny gym: one of the bike machines was faulty otherwise ok

Positive experience: Great for children private parties. We went there as my child was invited to a birthday party on Sunday afternoon. Shame that there was nobody at the desk to give you information about their prices

Positive experience: Yoga was good. The hall was cold. The fan at the end of the hall was very noisy so it was hard to hear the teacher. Workers kept coming in and out of squeaky doors which was not great for relaxing in yoga. I will try it again as the quality of teaching was good.

Positive experience: Been to a few children's birthday parties here. The big hall was nice, especially the bouncy castle obstacle course. The entrance gate is tricky to find, and the parking is no fun. Inside reception areas are a bit dingy, but staff were helpful.
