Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing and helpful Jenna, Katrina & Ben bring a warm welcome and big smiles, it's always a joy to visit knowing they are greeting you.

Negative experience: Don’t even bother trying to play football here on their advertised pitches, no one picks up the phone when you call at 4.30pm and then when they do finally answer after 2 or 3 calls they tell you that the pitches will be closed ‘when it gets dark’ , it’s dark at 4.30pm in winter. They have floodlights but won’t turn them on unless you book at £101 an hour, access to the public starts at 4.30pm due to school term time but what’s the point when you are going to close ‘when it gets dark’

Negative experience: For £38 a month this gym is very disappointing. There are more rowing machines than benches (1) which are rarely used anyways. The water machine also alway pours out oddly warm water which is not what you want to be drinking during a work out. Has a lot of potential but there is a clear misunderstanding of what a gym should actually be.

Negative experience: Very good facilities but the manager Jenna Curtis was disrespectful and aggressive when we were approached. Little confusion on the new payment system so was approached aggressively and rude further more did not want to resolve the issue and we offered multiple times to pay the money £2 that needed to be payed and I happily and calmly said and had card in my hand ready then she said to us she did not want my money and aggressively told me and my new mate here to leave (her) centre/leisure centre which she does not own and just works there as the manager. Total of 10 people can agree to this as they have also experience this abuse of power and a staff member can also say.
