Fantastic experience: I have various beauty treatments at Lush on a monthly basis. Always a warm welcome from every member of staff who are also very accommodating when it comes to last minute appointments, which I sometimes ask for. Prices are very reasonable. It’s always such a good atmosphere at Lush. The ladies are lovely and I am always happy with my treatments.

Fantastic experience: Lush is the best salon I have ever been to. Been coming for years now and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Chris is an absolute star! I feel so comfortable during my waxing sessions and she is so gentle as well.

Fantastic experience: This place is full of genuinely lovely people. The owner is fantastic at all aspects of beauty treatments and is a fantastic massage therapist. I would highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: Great place for beauty and hair

Positive experience: I have been to lush for several beauty treatments and the service has always been of high quality. (5 star for the therapy ladies!) The gym has the standard equipment required for a reasonable workout. My only criticism (hence 4 stars) is the poor hygiene in the gym. This can be easily fixed. So please Lush - clean the gym and keep it clean, and I’ll give you a 5 star rating! Lockers for bags and jackets would also be useful.

Negative experience: Dreadful appalling experience...my girlfriend booked a 10 minute treatment in your relaxation and beauty salon...when she turned up was told that the appointment did not exist (despite my girlfriend relaying the conversation) and was told that she could not be treated... This is customer service at its worst and if you treat people in this way you do not deserve to be in business... Your staff are rude and unhelpful and you thoroughly deserve this scathing review.
