Fantastic experience: Great place for a swim

Positive experience: Great to use Buckley Swimming pool for free over 60's swimming.

Negative experience: One star is generous I came in to innocently buy a tango and to my amazement I was misgendered when I am clearly infact a girl I am disgusted with the treatment from staff I have received today!

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities available here. The swimming pool looks great!

Positive experience: Excellent swimming facilities,, not too crowded as they limit the numbers, good clean warm water in pool, I'm always wary about the chemicals used , but have no worries with Buckley,,, My only real quibble is that only a couple of the showers seemed to be working on my visit,, Apart from that, being a new member, I'm really pleased with the friendly staff and the pool,,,

Negative experience: Staff are helpful. The Swimming showers have been reduced to 3 out of 5 for almost 5 months. They haven't repaired them yet. So only 2 stars due to the facilities not the staff.

Positive experience: Really good facility swimming pool is one of the best pools around for depth for kids to learn swimming its helped mine massively with her confidence in the water lots of different events on that you can get involved in and the astro turf caters for hockey, football etc

Fantastic experience: Can't comment much on the leisure centre itself, I just occasionally take my grandson to football training, but the outside artificial pitches are pretty good and well maintained

Fantastic experience: Really good, we were told to join the local leisure centres to get a discount, we struggled to book online but the wonderful reception staff sorted it in minutes, we went twice in our weeks holiday and felt all the better for it, haven't swum for 2 years, it was lovely xx

Positive experience: Great place for birthday parties or celebrations also a great public swimming pool within easy access on one level for disabled people, lovely staff very welcoming.

Negative experience: I would give a score of 0 if this was an option. Appalling customer service; myself and my wife telephoned and emailed on a number of occasions to book our children into swimming lessons. Unfortunately, we are yet to receive replies. The Manager refuses to answer or return our telephone calls, he's conveniently "on another call". When offered swimming days and times, you assume you'd have the courtesy of allowing us time, when we both work, to receive the call/email and reply, we reply at the earliest convenience, always the same day (unlike the Manager!), but are continually informed that they have been given to someone else. Both of my children have been attending swimming lessons with Aura for 3-4 years. Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of management.

Fantastic experience: The pool is fantastic and clean and I would say, is one of the best in the area. The moring lane swimming sessions and staff are excellent which make training more enjoyable. Most certainly recommend

Positive experience: Good sporting facility with reasonable car park. Can be a slight challenge to find the place if you are new. I found the badminton courts to be very cold.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic and friendly place that has inspired my 9year old daughter. She has learnt a great deal under the excellent tuition of the Sensei’s and can’t wait to come each week. Everyone from the newest starter to the Sensei’s are super friendly and helpful. Very well priced that is affordable to all. I can’t praise this Jujitsu club highly enough and would recommend children and adults alike to attend. The free taster session is/was a real eye opener. Brilliant brilliant brilliant !!!

Negative experience: Very very little on offer for the price they charge on a DD monthly basis. I don't think their "fitness suite" can even be classed as such...being so tiny and outdated. Only benefits I could see would be if you had kids as they offer swimming sessions.
