Negative experience: The manager was very bad and rude, he did not respect our presence, only seven minutes after the party ended, he raised his voice loudly, ordering us to leave the building, he did not speak kindly at all, even when I stopped at the machine to buy juice for my child, he shouted at me loudly, a very disrespectful person, I do not recommend dealing with them anymore, and they were not cooperative at all. There are much better places to celebrate with children in a healthy atmosphere and environment with nice and respectful employees.

Fantastic experience: Best option for students in Clifton, if you love to swim. Joint the Fitness+ and avail swimming, gym and health suite (sauna). It is £20 per month which is definitely worth it.

Negative experience: Update.. The cleanliness has gotten better over the past couple of months. Wipe your feet on the way out. This place needs a dedicated cleaner. Changing rooms are disgusting. Litterally never get cleaned. The walls and floors are filthy. Someone had a shave in the toilets and their hairs have been on the soap dispenser all week. Toilets are filthy. Broken cigarette paper been on the floor for over a week. Plenty of other debris on the floors for over a week because they never get swept or mopped. The gym equipment never gets cleaned either. I've been a member for years and it's always been the same. Only 1 member of staff ever came in the gym to clear away used tissues and wipes and take away empty bottles of water etc but he left during lock down. Just hire a cleaner already because it is gross.

Fantastic experience: I go for a swim and health session 3 times a week to help with my disability, i usually swim for 40mins then use the health facilities e.g himalayan salt room,sauna,steam room and the exhilarating tropical showers, fully recommend.

Positive experience: The swimming pool etc is good. The gym isn't great, always grubby (especially the machines gathering dust), not enough room to warm up, the free weight area is too small (they don't have a squat rack) and in my personal opinion too many cardio machines. No one there to show how the gym can be used. Other users are very friendly though and staff are nice especially receptionist but there's just never any member of staff in the gym to help. A bit of change with cleanliness, manning on the gym, new equipment and change in layout and this could be a really good gym.

Fantastic experience: Went on a tour for the swimming pool and the gym and there's many different machines, many different times for the pool and it's overall a good vibe for the leisure centre. I'll update once I have a membership there and have gone a few times

Fantastic experience: I have held two children's parties over recent months, one a swimming party and the other with the inflatable beast. So reasonable and fully impressed with the set up of both parties. I’ll definitely look to book again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Great fun kids pool with lovely flume, small slides and lots of bubbling fountains. Adult pool lovely and warm, very clean and lifeguards are super helpful. Whole place including changing rooms very modern and well kept. Always super clean in all areas. Prices very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Good amount and variety of gym equipment. Nice health suite.lots of classes available. Loved it during the morning when I was free during covid restrictions. Can get busy unfortunately especially after 5 when everyone goes straight from work.

Negative experience: Absolute shambles trying to book slots anywhere on Nottingham city council app or websites they make it impossible only allowing one person to book come out of the stone age and update your systems

Fantastic experience: Attended a swimming party with my daughter whom enjoyed herself very much. As a non-swimmer felt confident enough in the group pool area with armbands and noodle floatie to try swim and she did for a few yards. Due to robust gymnastic training I have no time to let her have lessons, but she felt safe enough and confident enough to try anyway.

Negative experience: Very poor. Took my money and left me a voicemail saying that they had messed up and double booked a badminton court, mentioning that I should call them to speak about getting refunded. Tried calling many times, left voicemails, tried emailing them and still heard nothing. Truely dissapointing.

Positive experience: I used to go swimming here a lot when I was younger. The pool is not deep enough at the deep end with it being 1.57m meaning you cannot dive. other than that, I used to like this place a lot.

Negative experience: Stood outside in the rain for 10 minutes to be told the class and next week's were cancelled and had been for days. Both classes were still on the system and could be booked in for whilst we were standing in the rain.

Positive experience: Brought my boy here for swimming lessons, the staff are really friendly and helpful but my god the place need a clean, grease and grime everywhere in the entrance, seating area and toilets. Doesn’t help with a car boot sale going on in the sports hall. Give the place a deep clean and will look so much better

Fantastic experience: Once a week I'm enjoying with a kids swimming pool at Clifton Leisure Centre. Place is great. Good location. Entrance ticket price is affordable. Lots of fun, especially on Sunday when fumes part is open. Very friendly, helpful staff. Only temp.of water in the pool could be higher. Apart of that, EXCELLENT!
