Negative experience: Went to this place twice first time they said they were open from 3 to 5 and nobody was there. Second time I went told them what I wanted. They said they had it available went there and there was nothing. The lady that was at the shop was rude, and didn’t seem to want to help. I think the reviews on this place are all fake.. Edited: was just threatened by this company… got this message after my review: If you try to do bad for someone , worst will happen to you in this world and the hereafter Because I refused to delete their review

Negative experience: Do not buy! Bought a lawnmower over £200 late last year and used 3 times then charger stopped working, they won’t replace. Have been trying to call them for 6 weeks they finally pick the phone up and tell me there’s nothing they can do to buy a charger from eBay £80. You get no guarantee from these guys and they only take cash and give no receipt so what does that tell you?!…They’ve been reported to trading standards so hopefully they can stop ripping people off.

Negative experience: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I drove 45mins to collect an item they had agreed to sell to me at £425 in writing on WhatsApp just to find out when I got there the price had gone up to £595 ! They are a bunch of crooks and are not to be deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have had great service from the outset. When I messaged the seller about the product i was after they were very quick to respond to my message. On arrival I was greeted and was taken to look at the product to which it was in great condition and they also helped to carry it to my vehicle for me. The price of the product was amazing to. Would highly recommend their service and products.

Negative experience: Don't buy from these crooks. They sell broken furniture . Better off paying £10 extra and buy it from argos where the majority of these items are from. They are argos returns. And the place stinks too!

Negative experience: Brought a chest of drawer had it delivered seen he was selling on gumtree, came and delivered and I noticed as I was putting my clothes in draw was brought will not refund me dont go here to buy your furniture

Negative experience: WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM They sell damaged items and do not tell you in the description or when they arrive. The items are the same price as new all though they are damaged. The table we bought was cracked. The chair then collapsed in less than 2 weeks. Ignore messages on Facebook. When you call to contact them to resolve they hang up on you and refuse to do anything about it.

Positive experience: Very nice people.. came to Derby to deliver as paid for n planned.. however i asked if there was anything wrong with the sofa that i had purchased n was told nothing was wrong with it.. but the buttons on the seat were all missing n there was a tare in the fabric underneath the front of the sofa..

I believe they knew I travelled a distance and was not willing to leave empty handed. Dishonest and do not stick to their word, would not recommend or use again. Save your time and money, buy from elsewhere.
