Negative experience: May consider canceling my membership, and join Nuffield health Gym, as a lot of the gym equipment in perdiswell is broken and very dirty. I think the whole gym needs a deep clean I will upload images soon. The toilets are not nice either, skirting boards all swollen and bodged up with silicon. Like why can't you do a proper job ? Multi million pound gym and everything's been neglected.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming teachers

Negative experience: The customer service here is awful. No one ever picks up the phone it has taken me over 20 minutes on several occasions to get through to members of staff. Yet when you are in the reception you just see staff having a chat and letting it ring out. I spoke to the St John’s branch of Freedom Leisure and a staff member agreed with my remarks and said even they have trouble getting hold of them. But from other recent reviews I can see that no change has been implemented even though this is clearly a reoccurring issue.

Positive experience: Fab staff, the pool could be a bit warmer

Positive experience: Great leisure centre. Modern and with nice facilities. Courts/Sports Hall needs to be wiped more regularly as its very dusty.

Negative experience: Ladies swim has been totally ruined by perdiswell. What used to be an enjoyable session with a good amount of swimmers in a relaxed and accepting environment, is now stressful and at times dangerous. Someone decided it would be a good idea to rent out two lanes to swimming lessons and then I assume promote ladies swim because it is now more popular than ever but with less space. So if you're a medium swimmer you are squashed into one lane with today 6 other people. The slower double lane is like Piccadilly Circus. It's often not possible to practice good technique and I imagine for the more anxious swimmers quite intimidating. Either stop renting out lanes or put more sessions on. Tonight was unacceptable to be honest.

Positive experience: Good gym,not full of muscle men. ,clean and tidy. PTs all friendly and helpful. Very popular

Negative experience: A Masterclass in Ignoring Customers at the Centre Oh, where do I even begin? My recent experience with the phone response at this center was nothing short of remarkable. After wasting a solid 30 minutes trying to get through on the phone, I thought it would be a brilliant idea to test their responsiveness in person. So decided to call the desk whilst sat there in front of it. What did I see? The manager, staring at the ringing phone like it was a fascinating art piece, completely choosing to ignore it. And guess what? Not a single customer was waiting for service! But it gets better! There were two staff members in the back room, blissfully chatting away while calls rang endlessly. Clearly, they were far too engrossed in their conversation to bother with something as trivial as customer service. I mean, who needs to answer the phone when you can have a riveting chat, right? This was particularly convenient for me since I was in an oversized delivery vehicle, desperately needing someone to open the front barrier for access. And let’s not pretend this is a one-time fluke. Oh no, I've experienced this delightful service on multiple occasions. I've even had to resort to contacting other Freedom Leisure centers in Worcestershire, which, shockingly, know how to answer their phones. It’s truly puzzling how this branch manages to struggle with something as basic as phone responsiveness when they assure us that the lines are perfectly operational and they have plenty of staff at the front desk. I truly hope this issue gets addressed soon. After all, effective communication is only the cornerstone of a smooth customer experience—no big deal, right?

Negative experience: My 4 year old daughter had her first swimming lesson at perdiswell leisure today. She was very excited and feeling confident, the parents get to watch through glass on the other side of the pool. Whilst I was holding my 1 year old I watched as they made the kids dangle their feet in the water, then step into the water whereby my daughter immediately rolled onto her stomach and had her face in the water. I banged on the glass to get their attention (2 instructors) because they were looking everywhere but the children, by the time they'd got to my daughter a minute had gone by with her flailing about in the water face down. When I got to the poolside with my daughter obviously hysterical because 1 minute would have felt like forever to her and I asked why it took them so long the reply I got was 'what do you mean?' if I had not banged on the glass as long as I did I think that she would have drowned. I do not trust that children are being properly watched and think it's only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. The set up means that parents would have to go around through the changing area to get to the pool. Im now in a position where a child who was previously fine in water is now scared and does not want any swimming lessons. How may instructors do they have per child? Do they have life guards in a position where they can oversee the pool? It was frightening to see an instructor watch my daughter drowning and not register what was happening - surely that's basic level understanding, you're dealing with stage 1, none of them can swim. I have requested a refund and from our experience do not recommend lessons here. *edit - received an email shortly after this was posted to say they were investigating the matter. I contacted them after a few weeks to request an update and have heard nothing, so whether this was conducted at all is doubtful.

Negative experience: swimming classes are great but the booking system for swimming is ridiculous. website tells you to book online but there isnt an option to book swimming online. so try calling. good luck, been trying for 3 days with no luck.

Negative experience: I never see unreliable place like this.. said open from 7 am and nearly 3 hours don’t stop we ring with 3 phones and no one answer.. how should booking? Online not available.. horrible

Positive experience: Swimming lessons consistently cancelled at short notice. Not good enough. I’ve just emailed to cancel permanently as we actually want the service we signed up for. Changing rooms aren’t what I would recommend either. Very smelly! Staff are nice though and the gym is great, I’m thinking of cancelling this also though due to signing up and being unable to book in for an induction.

Negative experience: 15 min before class the studio was looking like that. Super dirty, dusty, with rust from old equipment.. with dry mud on the floor where yoga mats would have had to be placed.. no air and was smelling horrible. If someone has breathening problem it would be impossible to stay in the studio... Noone from perdiswell employees bothered to check and clean after the studio was used by someone else before the class. This is what you can expect from a 44 pounds per month membership with included classes.

Positive experience: Good swimming lessons

Fantastic experience: I called today to change my daughters swimming teacher, the phone was answered really quickly and receptionist seemed really polite and positive and updated the information again swiftly and I also received a confirmation email within five minutes of my call, so overall really happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Nice big swimming pool, not too busy. Friendly staff. Some of the hair dryers were a bit temperamental and it's a shame not to have plugs to be able to use your own.

Fantastic experience: Booked badminton courts was great

Positive experience: My wife booked adult Lane swimming when we got there there were only two lanes open and it was absolutely rammed with people all trying to swim up and down just two Lanes ridiculous

Negative experience: Staff are pleasant and the facility are great, However it often takes up to 30 minutes to reach them over phone at certain points to make simple inquiry’s (such as court booking)

Positive experience: Pool is well maintained and has good sized public changing rooms with cubicles. Lockers are available as long as you take your own padlock and have plenty of room for all your swimming kit Lane swimming offers lanes of several different speeds however I struggled when heavily pregnant as the slow lane was often in the middle of the pool away from the steps or ladders resulting in you having to either cross several lanes full of fast swimmers or a swimming lesson to get out of the pool at one of the access points. Other than that no real issues with the pool facilities. Have never used the gym facilities myself so no comment on these

Fantastic experience: Great place for children's parties, friendly staff and lovely venue.

Negative experience: All staff at the gym and desk was great then I whent to get a carmel frappe the women who served me was being so rude I asked her for a little bit mor carmel she said she was only allowed to do two pump but then she started being so rude and very bad attitude against me but ther wasn't even two pumps of carmel in it and I asked her to put a shot of coffee in but there even was no coffee

Positive experience: Regularly attend here to take my child for swimming lessons. Plenty of parking and large amount of spaces for parents with children and disabled spaces. Good facilities but the changing rooms are often a little rough around the edges during busy times. Pool area is clean and staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Just use the area for walking my dog its a great place to take him absolute dog paradise

Negative experience: I would steer clear of this place if you’re looking for children’s swimming lessons. Really badly organised, the staff are very uncooperative and rude. The teachers are good but staffing is very inconsistent. Not a lot of progress is made when the kids can touch the floor of the pool and they spend most of the half hour standing around waiting.

Positive experience: Counting election votes pretty draughty in there. Good venue for The Count not so draughty last night for the General Election count.

Negative experience: Absolutely discusting levels of cleanliness. Peopel in changing rooms, under the showers and by the pool in there OUTDOOR SHOES. On many occasions I vitnesed parents beaing allowed to talking to members of staff in there outdoor footwear by the pool side. Members of staff not reacting at all. E-mail to Operations Manager sent on the 2/12/22 no change. In response to my e-mail, I was informed that there will be regular tanoy announcements to address this problem. Nothing like this has happened. In my experience, you are uncapable of solving this problem. From the time of my e-mail, I can only see it getting worse.

Negative experience: The gym itself is fine, but far too busy at most times. Don't go with hopes of following a set workout plan, as the stations you need will likely be occupied the entire time. Broken machines seem to remain as such for quite a while. The free weights section is small. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Negative experience: Sick and tired of this place. Unorganised chaos, smells of wee and rude staff. Been trying to track my sons stage 1 progress now for months and keep keeping thrown out of various app’s over and over again. Charley Gailey was the lady they told me to go to and is a very rude individual who after telling me she can no longer help me with access to my child’s process has made me finally give up with this place. I shall be leaving as soon as my son has finished stage 1, I’ll now have to just ask at reception for an update weekly as I am sick and tired of trying to gain this information via an app that does NOT work and after being given no information to escalate this I give up. The ladies at the reception desk are always completely oblivious to anyone wanting to come and go via the barrier (for example mothers with buggies and wheelchairs) and will just leave people standing there literally 10 mins without looking over once. My son was originally assigned a young girl as his first swimming teacher who seemed to have an attitude problem and just mumbled so I moved to Ben on week 2, he’s a great teacher, the only good thing going about this utter shambles of a place.

Negative experience: Visited pool at 5pm today felt traumatised by overcrowded Lane only 2 available whereas 4 lanes for swim school and 2.5 lanes for family swim. I was advised that a complaint had been made that I swam too slow for the 4 men who were bullies in the pool. I duly moved to slow lane but even this lane had 6 people in it which was overcrowded and uncomfortable to swim in. I suggest that management have oversubscribed swim school as they were taking 4 lanes and the smaller pool. When we pay a hefty membership one expects a comfortable swim without the trauma Imay need to seek alternative venue. Changing rooms are unhygienic after visiting pool on 2 conse utive days the dirty marks were not removed proved it does not have daily clean. Changing rooms have a very offensive small of urine. I now shower at home

Positive experience: I've been a memeber for a few years. The gym is normally packed with young teens standing around the equipment, not doing much while one uses the equipment. Standard gym. Pool is OK time to time but normally cold.

Negative experience: Tried to use a day pass there this evening to try out the pool before becoming a member of the leisure centre and our more local centre in St John's. I rang ahead of time to double check the swim times (I'd been warned to do this, as it's not always available for public swim) - I was reassured of all the times and so headed over later in the evening. On arrival, the receptionist was rude and abrupt and told me and my partner that swimming was over for today (even though we'd arrived hours befor we were told it would close) I tried to explain I'd checked on the phone ahead of time, but there was no empathy and they couldn't care less - clearly not interested in attracting new members as she could have showed us the next opportunity to visit, but literally didn't care. Has totally put me off joining Freedom Leisure

Negative experience: My rating concerns the swimming pool. The water is terribly cold, and it's hard to watch children shiver during their swimming lessons. The changing rooms are dirty, sometimes they smell of urine, the staff allows parents to enter the swimming pool area with their shoes on! Imagine someone walking the dog in the morning or working on a construction site and then wearing the same shoes, which enters the swimming pool area. Instead of using the changing rooms, the swimming club uses the audience, and the coaches themselves do not change their shoes. It is very dirty everywhere, especially the floors and toilets. My child had to be treated by a podiatrist!!

Negative experience: Signed up to this gym in Jan as its local , for the family , has swim gym & classes and my other membership had ran out. Signed me & my teen daughter up at the same time. I could use my blue light discount for me but not for her even though I'm paying for her as she's a child !? Bad from the get go. Nothing but trouble with my online account, got it up & running about a week in, further down the line we had to cancel 1 class due to injury which we done with plenty of notice. Again the online account played up & wouldn't allow me access. After about 40 calls to the centre that they didn't answer I had to go in. I showed them on my phone what was happening & turned out I had a debt for the class that I had cancelled, at no point was i informed that there was a debt . They cleared it & attempted to re gain access which took ages and still failed.surely people should still be able to go on their account debt or no debt ,how else will they know ?! The pools.... cold, freezing cold , not inviting at all, end up with calf cramps . Also gets very busy & hard to swim when crowded. We done an aqua class in the small pool & it's almost impossible to do the moves as the floor is so slippy, normally pool floors have a texture or a bump to it, maybe as this floor is height adjustable is doesnt ? Either way the classes are pointless in there .The instructor is lovely & tries to get everyone hyped up .they need more water stations to fill bottles . the gym gets absolutely rammed too. I've since cancelled my membership. it could be a great place but sadly isn't

Fantastic experience: Great swim timetable, single use showers, padlock lockers, what more could a woman swimmer ask for ... ah, yes, lane etiquette ... seemed pretty good also. I would like a swimming costume drier though! Put your costume in mini spinner, close lid for 20 secs and voila, almost dry. Egham Orbit has one. They are fab! No drippy costume to carry ...

Negative experience: Cannot believe the price given the quality of the gym

Fantastic experience: Great leisure facility with an extension range of classes to pick from! The gym is well equipped, with staff on hand to assist you with machines if needed. The instructors are supportive and friendly - always pushing you to max out and the reception staff are a lovely bunch too and brilliant to call if you’re ever on the waiting list!! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Very cold not really that good for people with disabilities and the are supposed to be warm

Positive experience: Been a member of this gym for a long time, and sadly the price goes up and up, but the fitness equipment is tired and a lot of machines seem to be out of order. I only remain a member because of convenience and also the social aspects. If somewhere better opened up I may well swap.

Positive experience: Update: they seem to have got better at managing the pool in the mornings. I have added a star to reflect this. Freedom Leisure continues to actively discourage people from using the pool. If you want to turn up unsure of how many lanes will actually be open, then thrash round trying to avoid other swimmers in a too narrow space, this is the pool for you. They will alleviate the issue by opening the smaller pool, then not allow people in it. If you want to swim early in the morning, but aren't a fast swimmer, forget it: it's an anxious and annoying experience. It's made worse by the fact that sometimes they get it right: the lanes are wide enough or the small pool is open and everyone can be accommodated. But you don't know what you'll find until you've got there; it might be the latter, or you might have to fight for room in overcrowded lanes. Everything is inconsistent, which is more frustrating than it just being bad service. The leisure centre is a collaboration between a private company and the council. That means you get the best of both worlds: you pay a high rate for privately run services but get municipal planning. They keep saying they'll sort this issue out, but they've failed to do so for the last 7 months and I don't see them succeeding now. Still, they get your money and money from their main priority - the swimming club that rents out 3/4 of the pool - so Freedom Leisure is alright.

Negative experience: I went there for a swim. Pool was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. Sadly let down by the changing rooms which were smelly, mouldy in places and generally in need of a deep clean

Negative experience: Showers are so so poor, 2 are ice cold an unusable and others only stay on for 5 seconds. For a new pool it’s not good and parents complain weekly about them

Negative experience: The swimming area needs closing. Swimming teachers that are not capable just chucked into it. The changing rooms always smell which other people say about but never gets addressed. The pool feels cold as the changing rooms are so hot. I took my son out of swimming lessons after months of them messing him around and destroying his confidence. Three lessons at a new place it's like a different child. Complained but no one cared especially Charlie swim school manager so rude and unapologetic just moaning she was doing two people's jobs. Happy to take money but not provide a service and tell you to email to get it looked into but they don't resolve or reply. AVOID!

Negative experience: Cold pool. Perhaps fine for fitness swimming but not good for young children. Family swim was the session advertised but over half the width of the pool was still set up for lane swimming. Was a shame not to be able to do widths with my children. Changing rooms were smelly, urine and faeces - I expect they have a sewage issue so this may only be temporary. Have to bring your own padlock which is fine but it wasn't mentioned at reception despite them being aware we'd not visited before. Appears they have a fairly strict limit on numbers but no booking system. If you want to use the shallower pool it seems to have to be lucky or get there first. Not the best experience.

Negative experience: The pool was unbearably cold and the changing rooms and toilets absolutely stank of urine making the visit really unpleasant even though the actual changing rooms were big and spacious

Positive experience: Lovely clean swimming pool, A shame only the baby pool available at night due to the swim teams but at least they drop the floor to make it deeper

Positive experience: The Leisure Centre appears well run and I always enjoy a swim in their lovely pool which, as well as an area just to 'play' in, also has a separate area which is laned off and marked according to ability My only whinge would be that there are no hairdryers. There is an area where the dryers would be, but I've been told that these have broken and more are on order. Let's hope they come very soon as the area has been void of them for done time

Positive experience: Lovely big pool and good facilities and staff. The only thing that is bad is the temperature of the pool (very cold) .

Negative experience: My boyfriend pays for a membership to Perdiswell and was told before he started that he would get 4 guest passes per month. I only come with him to the gym every so often as I’m at uni, however, have used two of his guest passes previously (no staff mentioned any problems with using the guest pass twice). When going again, however, the month later, I was told I was not allowed to use another guest pass as you only get 4 with your membership overall, not per month, and these have to be used on 4 separate people! I was then told if I wanted to go to the gym for an hour I’d have to pay for a full day pass at £8, what a rip off! Will not be coming back.

Positive experience: Staff concentrate on the pool with little knowledge of other sports, which can be disconcerting. However, the facilities overcome the lack of basic sports training.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, plenty of options to choose from. Wish they had one of those spinning machines to dry wet swimwear but other than that, I am looking forward for my future visits

Negative experience: Because thay don't let other schools now when there's lessons and other schools doing relay races make sure you don't go to this one if you're at school

Positive experience: Gym is good but there is no real system for non members. Been three times and all seems a bit random. Have to ask for an access card and either don't have one (just knock the door) or get given a staff one! As I said gym is okay and not too busy

Positive experience: Well we go there for the Christmas Dog show have been for many years It's a Great show well run and very friendly do hope ti carries on as for the leisure centre have only seen from a distance but look great. Plenty of parking space a must

Positive experience: It's a decent place and well built with functional spaces and equipment. The pool is excellent but often seems like too many swim classes so can feel cramped. Fitness Suite is also a very high standard. 2 things though and it would be 5 stars. Please clean the stretching area more regularly it's covered in mud. Or ask for no shoes in that area. The other thing is please will you fix the 2 multi-direction resistance machines behind the rowing machines. That small area was one of the main reasons I joined. It's a lot more expensive than most gyms so I'd expect machines not to lie around broken for months. There's no need. I'll fix it for free if you let me

Positive experience: I have played badminton here regularly. Although I have not used the gym facilities, these and the spinning (fun exercise bikes) look really well equipped. The large hall has two halves, with four badminton courts, football court, or equivalent, on each side. Outside grounds too, and a Costa franchise inside for that after exercise coffee and chat. Staff always friendly and helpful, although they seem understaffed most of the time.

Positive experience: The floor tiles have improved but they're still annoyingly slippery! On the plus side, they're nowhere near as bad as they used to be.

Negative experience: Everything about it is too expensive especially in comparison to alternative fitness provision in the area. Swimming pool looks great and the site is tidy and always looks good. Swimming lessons are not well planned. Pay for 30 minutes, groups too big spend 5 minutes fighting to try get in because it's so overbooked. Most pool staff super friendly with the exception of some looking uninterested sadly.

Fantastic experience: Good public 25m swimming pool with 8 lanes and Olympic starting blocks. The smaller pool has an adjust depth platform wich can be lowered to 1.3m or raise to 0m creating the perfect depth for children to learn to swim. The gym and fitness studios classes are very popular and the badminton courts are multi purpose for other sports. Public cafe Costa Cafe has tables in the sitting/waiting area.

Negative experience: Just rejoined as the pool will be opening again soon. Not a great experience going back to the gym today though. Got chucked off the TRX in the Omnia section of the gym as a class was about to start. Any decent PT/Fitness Instructor would amend their program so that other paying members can still use the equipment and not be thrown off it. Although classes are stated on the website (and poorly signed at the gym itself), there needs to be some flexibility if some members are using certain parts of the gym at that time. Decent instructors would respect other gym users....not kick them off. That approach certainly works at other gyms I've been members of. The weight sled is a good addition, but some of the other equipment needs updating. It's a bit tiring seeing loads of signs stating that bit of kit is out of use. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the pool - lane swimming specifically. When we were there a few months ago it was remarkably unsafe as there were simply way too many people per lane If its like that again then they'll need some form of booking system, because at times it was just too dangerous to swim for the amount of people in each lane. Some simple changes would make this a great place to go, but the lack of solution focussed thinking means that these little issues become very frustrating. Listen to the feedback that we give and act on it, don't just nod and do nothing. That's a sure fire way of losing members.

Positive experience: Some of the equipment are out dated and broke and unfortunately u can't get just a gym membership to make it a bit cheaper but still an ok leisure centre

Fantastic experience: Very good venue, huge array of equipment and class options. Big sports hall with a rotation of sporting facilities. Has a pool, cycle focused exercise room and a combination of machines and free weights. The free weights section is limited in comparison to most other areas of the gym and in comparison to other gyms. But by and large all the equipment and needs are met

Positive experience: Good choice of classes but in my opinion some are oversubscribed for the size of the studios, which are all fairly small. Sometimes have to wait a while at reception as well due to lack of staff there. Good gym , but I'd prefer they had a stairmaster. Good value for money though for what you get.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Variety of classes which always seem to have a variety of age and fitness levels.

Negative experience: Took daughter to pool party. Looked promising as they got the inflatable pirate ship out. Although they had 3 lifeguards dedicated to the party, the children had to demonstrate they could swim a width... the party consisted of the children queuing and going across the obstacle ONE at a time. Kids were stood around wet for about 50 mins of the hour.

Positive experience: Took the grandchildren there for their swimming lesson great place and would have given 5 stars but disappointed that lesson area was not roped off which allowed the general public to keep swimming in the lesson area of the pool. Which made it difficult for the children having lessons to swim properly across width of the pool. Xx

Negative experience: I have been trying to get swimming lessons for my daughter for months now and their no waiting list policy is ridiculous. This means I have to call every couple of days on the off chance that a lesson appears, it's a complete waste of my time and their reception staffs time answering these calls. Was going to join as a member myself aswell once I'd got her lessons sorted but am so fed up with the place and their time wasting system, I will save my money.

Positive experience: I only use the pool, which is fine except for the very slippy floor. The changing cubicles tend to fill up with people's clothes as the lockers don't get used since the padlock system was introduced.

Fantastic experience: Big gym space with large weights area and variety of machines to use. Large variety of gym classes and also have myride facilities as well as the large swimming pool qnd a cafe

Positive experience: Life guards seem pretty distracted. Not much swimming room, despite the big pool. Friendly staff on the front desk! Decent sports facilities.

Fantastic experience: Excellent pool , spacious changing rooms and a very nice place to have coffee. Staff also friendly.

Negative experience: Disappointed. I checked the Web site before setting off. It indicated that there were 3 lanes open to public for swimming. There were two, then one. I made the mistake of questioning a member of staff, just one lane? She responded loudly with sarcasm to the amusement of her colleagues. Yes sir, I completely agree with you you should be able to come here after work and swim, its shouldn't all be about teaching children to swim. Well she got her way, I won't be taking up valuable space there again. Encouraging people to take part in sport. Yep, thanks for that.

Fantastic experience: A very modern swimming pool very welcoming a great place to swim

Positive experience: A busy and very well used leisure venue and swimming pool. Easy to find, masses of parking, surrounded by fields for all manner of sports. The outside well lit but the 1 way traffic system is a bit confusing. There's a nice play area for children. The centre is fully accessible for all ages and abilities. The reception area is spacious and there's plenty of seating and a small Costa cafe which is a bit pricey in my view but has a good selection of goodies. Its possible to buy a range of swimming gear in reception for children and adults. I use perdiswell for swimming so can't comment on the gym or classes. There are 2 pools. 1 25 metre full sized with shallow end at 1 metre and smaller shallow pool for learners. The pool is fully accessible for wheelchair users or swimmers with mobility needs. The pool temperature is good and there are plenty of lifeguards and staff, watching out for everyone. It feels safe and well managed. Staff are friendly and helpful and the swimming teachers all great so far. Lots of adult and children classes from beginner right through. The pool is clean and well maintained. Lots of viewing seats as the pool is used by Worcester Swimming Club and galas. There's a unisex changing village with plenty of cubicles, lockers, showers and hairdrying station. Including family changing rooms. The showers are nice and warm but looking a bit worn as are the lockers which used to have keys but now you take your own. There's usually someone cleaning the changing areas and keeping on top of the usual human detritus you find at public pools. Non slip blue matting throughout is a welcome addition but sometimes it could do with straightening up and I have wondered if it gets cleaned underneath. I fully recommend perdiswell leisure centre. The prices are very reasonable and there's something for everyone. Opening hours very flexible. A great buzz around the place with a real sense of focus on fitness and well being for people of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes and ability. Give it a go.
