Fantastic experience: A great gym with great staff. Anytime I've needed any help or advice they have been willing to support. I also lost my ring there and had the female staff member and their cleaner on the hunt with me and they found it (you darlings). The people who go there are all nice - sometimes when you go to gyms you feel unwelcome but here everyone's welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommended. The equipment is always spot on, and a clean facility. Probably the only gym I've ever stayed at for longer than a year.

Positive experience: Great friendly atmosphere with PT'S that help if needed without expecting payment for advice. Missing a few bits of key equipment (hack squat comes to mind instantly) but generally a great place to train and make friends.

Fantastic experience: Good local gym nice clean facilities and comfortable surroundings never used a gym before this week 24 hour access and it's safe which is great for me

Negative experience: DIRTY DIRTY EVERYWHERE!!!!!! I been last weekend for first time. Never come back! CHARGINK £20 per month and can’t take cleaner for clean mashine After using shoulder mashine my hands was BLACK!

Positive experience: Not the biggest puregym I've used but it does the job as long as its not too busy. This is typical though for most puregyms. It does have some of the same equipment upstairs as it does downstairs like the treadmills, lat pull-downs and cables so I guess you can choose where to go for those. It was pretty tidy with the free wiegths being where they were suppose to. Parking free as in a retail park.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to this gym. Good equipment, lovely staff, easy access via the app. Brilliant initiative with the app, lots of added extras I've not seen before. Only thing I would say is the air con could do with being on a level higher or cooled down as sometimes it's a bit stuffy, but other than that it's reallllly good.

Positive experience: Most of the staff don’t even say hello or smile, I don’t expect a conversation but a greeting just feels like a common courtesy and essential to the basic relationship between staff and their clients/customers. Without the fundamentals then nothing else matters. Also would be good if the gym had some punchbags in the vanity room/class room, as there’s plenty of space for them, it wouldn’t prohibit classes from functioning, and it would be a USP for the gym to separate it from the competition.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with all you could need, at a fraction of the price of most other Gyms in the area. Equipment is rarely out of order, but on the occasions I have experienced it to be, its been resolved in a timely manner. There are also regularly deals available, which makes the pricing even more competitive.

Positive experience: Nice small gym but not enough equipment also shower and changing rooms dirty and cold water running,changing room and shower facilities should be cleaned more often.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Decent gym, management are all over it. Not unusual to see manager and the team out with dusters to keep the place clean. Keep up the good work.

Positive experience: Love this place. Love it Gym classes. Amazing staff-friendly,very helpful. Cleaning it's not perfect, but is ok. 4 stars because don't have space for bikes. Many people ride a bicycle-including me. Love music,but will be nice to listen something from 80's and 90's toooo....some mix music. Some equipment it's broken and long time for out of order.

Positive experience: I like that it has 24h access but then again no night staff just security cameras therefore access is restricted to QR code gate. More akward if you there first time or you need disabled access especially that there are stairs. You need to book induction online and buy your own locker padlock. Make sure you check what is included in your membership as may only be off peak times access. No contract and can buy day access. All online so not as inclusive for those who stuggle with it. Overall good range of equipment and classes. Have showers.

Negative experience: Terrible absolutely Terrible. I could talk about the space but I would rather mention this. They tell you it's contract FREE ! but trust me DO NOT MISS A PAYMENT.

Negative experience: Two stars due to the gear being in reasonable condition, however for 3 weeks the bathrooms have smelled like a waste water treatment plant with nothing being done to repair. You workout, and shower hoping to feel fresh, but the disgusting smell in the bathrooms makes you feel worse than when you were sweaty. This needs to be sorted.

Negative experience: My account has been suspended after being accused of personal training. Totally untrue but no way of speaking to someone.

Negative experience: Thumping loud music non-stop while most members are listening to their own or wearing sound cancelling headphones. What at first glance seems to be clean isn't clean at all. Forgot my yoga mat and decided to use gym's. Luckily had my antibac wipes with me. Wiped PureGym mat once and wipe come back jet black with filth. Seats and handles of weight lifting equipment only marginally better. Cold and not particularly clean changing room. Lukewarm water with shock of "refreshing" jet of icy cold while having a shower. Stinking drains. I understand its a very cheap gym but basics must be provided and hot water, warm changing rooms and clean equipment are one of those. Cancelled my membership as even with cheap price it simply isn't worth it. Only plus is are members of staff. Always friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, All the equipment you need at a good price. Can get busy at peak times but the In App feature to check how many people are in the gym is great to plan your workouts.

Negative experience: Too many people, not enough machines, half the machines are broken already. I went from going gym daily and enjoying it to twice a week at most and hating it. I recommend any other gym in boston over this, especially since you have to go at 9-11pm to actually get on the machines.

Fantastic experience: Looks a good gym, very nice and clean. I'll be joining long term soon so will update accordingly. Thanks to Guy for my induction today, was a great guy and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym all really friendly clean and tidy can get really busy so pick your times right only down fall is no air-conditioning and can get really hot when loads of people are in plus from you working out other than that it's amazing

Fantastic experience: Great place, with helpful friendly staff. Always have time to talk with you and offer helpful advice. All staff have good knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Very well equipped and well utilised space. Met some great people. Only downside, music isn’t always suitable for the age range attending. Can we mix it up a bit? 80’s 90’s. Even younger generations love the older tracks.

Negative experience: This gym is terrible, over crowded and lack of equipment... No wonder so many people skip leg day when you have 1 leg press and sweet fa else. Disappointed, want my money back and I'll be going back to me old gym. The price is cheap because the gym is poor.

Fantastic experience: Stay Humble Puregym

Fantastic experience: Modern new gym, very clean with a plethora of equipment. Open 24x7 (but is unstaffed a lot of the time) New and clean changing room facilities. Bring your own shower gel, towel and other toiletries. Also bring your own padlock to use for the locker. The music is always on and is quite good, but is interlaced with a lot of corporate messaging (the constant messages are a little bit annoying to be honest!) Members also seemed quite decent in the main, although I did spot a few guys breaking the rules.. taking their trainers off! I met one of the staff, Jasmine, who's highly qualified in sports science. She was very helpful, analysed my running style and gave me advice on how to strengthen certain areas. Very impressed. I think the staff are usually there between 7 and 5ish Bargain at £10.99 per month. Much better than the alternatives in Boston. And PureGym by far has the best equipment. Also lots of classes. I haven't tried any yet though. 5 stars
