Positive experience: Grandson football training

Fantastic experience: Held my daughter’s 7th birthday party at PRSA. Large sports hall with a great bouncy castle with slide and a party host present who would have organised some sports/games if required. Able to connect to a large speaker via Bluetooth to play your own music. Hoops, sports kit and access to the 3G indoor pitch as well. Plenty of seating and staff were great. Kids had a great time and very reasonably priced - thank you!

Positive experience: There are loads of facilities and most of the staff are lovely, especially the cleaner who's always smiley and polite. I really like the gym as it's small so not as intimidating, though the membership is very expensive and there are often issues with equipment or AC not working. Despite that, it is relatively reliable and perfect for someone like me who isn't too gym savvy.

Negative experience: Outdated equipment that keeps braking, and is taking ages to fix it. I'm thinking of changing the gym soon.

Negative experience: Rejoined recently after being a member 6 years ago, was hoping it had improved, its got worse. Equipment is constantly broken, pool is closed for one reason or another pretty much every week. They even charge you every time to use a locker rather than it being refundable like it used to.

Positive experience: A nice warm pool, sauna could be hotter and the steam room was working, but I think the pool was warmer.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for around 5 weeks now and I’m really happy with how everything is going, staff are always so happy and polite, they are also very on hand to help you, all the facilities are kept clean too, I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to kickstart there fitness journey

Fantastic experience: Recently joined with my wife and we both love it here it's a very easy going gym never once felt uncomfortable training or learning or asking for help, with very reasonable priced membership including the pool sauna steam room classes and Evan a great PT scheme available, a huge outdoor track just everything you need great reason to keep going back

Fantastic experience: I’ve been swimming here multiple times now, had no issues. A member of staff gave me a discount code to become a member so will now be attending the gym alongside the pool. Changing rooms are always clean. I like that the adult swim and general swim are separate so you have the option whether you want children in the pool with you. Jacuzzi is lovely and warm and relaxing. Steam room and sauna are always clean too. My only issue being the pool is quite small compared to others, if you have 4 or 5 adults swimming lanes then it leaves no room for anyone else as you’ll be in the way. There’s no official lanes, perhaps a separate session for people wanting to swim lanes could be introduced.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, wanted to cancel my child swimming lessons and it looks like it is impossible. We moving abroad and they asking me a proof of address at new place, something like a bill. How I can have a bill if I haven't moved in yet. I feel tricked and stressed now.

Negative experience: Besides the gym which is ok, everything is in very poor condition and dirty. Toilets are very filthy, three weeks ago I found a human tooth in the pool, thrown it away onto the floor and its still there! Showers full of hair, I mean full!!!

Positive experience: Pool, hot tub and other facilities are fine. Clean and well managed. Didn't use the gym but that looked well equipped. Certainly a better set up than some others I've seen.

Negative experience: Joined up online and went today (13/10/21) On arrival I checked in and the man on reception made me a card up Went into the changing rooms only to find it’s a non returnable £0.20p to use the lockers.. So I returned to reception to ask for change but of course they don’t give change but offered this wonderful helpful advice… You can just leave your stuff unlocked in the locker (car keys, door keys, wallet, phones etc) or leave your stuff in the car… So when I’ve finished in the gym, I have to return to the car just to get my swimming and sauna stuff and return.. So before I go to the gym I have to find two £0.20p… There membership looks attractive but if you use the lockers, that a potential £0.40p a day.. Because when you open it to get your swimming stuff out, you’ll have to re-lock it… I’ll use it 6 days a week, so that’s an extra £2.40 a week, which adds another £10.40 a month on top of my membership… So I cancelled in my 14 day window as a never used the gym… Shocking for the 21st century

Negative experience: £8 for a walk in session, 100% gym with twice the equipment is £4. The sauna is never working and despite the the pool closing at half 8 I was told the steam room was shutting at 6 which makes no sense. Dead vibe, over priced. Avoid

Negative experience: If you drive a high vehicle and arrive around lunch time and there's no barrier, be aware that it could be closed when you drive out. They leave it open a.m? but close it at lunchtime?? But then I suppose it will remain open until repairs are completed. ¥€®¿^§¶ 1 star for this strange arrangement, 5 stars for the vaccination team, great job.

Fantastic experience: Just been for my second covid vaccine and had a wonderful experience. From the welcome staff providing me with a wheelchair to the cheerful, kind attitudes of the teams booking in, screening and actual vaccination. It was a quick, easy, pain free process. Thank you all!
