Negative experience: Where do I start since me and my partner joined we have had nothing but trouble. They haven't taken payment so I went in on the 1st of the month to pay then I'm now getting bombarded with £20 added fees. The staff on reception are absolutely useless with no training at all. They will tell you what you want to hear then do nothing. The manager has replied to 2 emails and has reassured me that she is just clarifying with hand office and will get back to me ASAP. That was 4 days ago and she now hasn't replied to my last 5 emails. Keep well away or just pay as you go.

Fantastic experience: Water is very clear and very nice and relaxing for a hot day water is perfect temperature

Fantastic experience: I love this place.The staff could not be more helpful.They go above and beyond to help people.I am a complete beginner when it comes to exercise, not being at all athletic.They completely put me at my ease and made the whole experience more enjoyable.Olivia in particular has helped me feel more comfortable with exercise.I didn't like exercise at school and this stayed with me until I started going to Woodgreen.

Fantastic experience: Huge outdoor pool in Banbury. Gets really busy when weather is good at weekends but plenty of space. Has changing cubicles, lockers, a cafe and grass areas to sunbathe. See website for swim timetable. Lane swimming is bookable in advance, public swimming pay on entrance. A little bit of holiday on your doorstep!

Positive experience: Refreshing. Nice size. Could do with updating in the interior. Shame the cafe doesn't open outside anymore .

Fantastic experience: Lovely, clean pool, hot showers. Sunny day. What more could you ask for?

Negative experience: Nice selection of equipment and quiet enough that you can use what you need to most of the time. However the gym is consistently open late and this really ruins schedules for people who wanna work out before going to work. Also they really clean the clean the showers, there was a pair of pants on the door for like 3 weeks before they disappeared.

Positive experience: Nice outdoor Olympic sized pool. I enjoyed it even if the children found it a little chilly.

Fantastic experience: Superb 2 hours of fun today in competition despite losing today, next week another team. Even with players new to the game, practice with us 1.45 pm on Friday and have fun for the next 6 months. Friendly people to play with and encourage you with your game.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming facility at any time of the day. First thing for that righteous feeling at the start of the day, swimming on rainy days and evening training under flood lights. Only negative is it's open seasonally and closes during the autumn and winter.

Fantastic experience: Good parking outside. Really helpful reception staff who showed me around as it was my first visit. Went for wetsuit swimming. Ample space to change in cubicles, lockers need a pound. Pool was at 17C fortunately, as it was only 5C air temperature. All nice and clean everywhere. It wasn't particularly busy in the pool even by 10am.

Negative experience: The pool and staff are brilliant. Though because I work for a living (7.30am till 5.30pm) it's very differcult to find a time to go when it's not canoe club or team cherwell whatever that is its the same story at spice Ball which is very disappointing for what is supposed to be a public facility.

Negative experience: Visited today with a baby, 3 year old and 6 year old. It’s 29 degrees outside so perfect for outdoor swimming however the water is absolutely ice cold so therefore the children were freezing and miserable after 20 minutes. Yes it’s boiling hot weather but it doesn’t mean it’s ok to not heat the pool. Very disappointed and wish had stayed at home with the paddling pool. Waste of time and money and left with disappointed children. All the small children there were shivering not just mine.

Positive experience: I enjoy doing the over 50s class there, Ildico the instructor is very good and is a very pleasant caring lady, it is very reasonably priced, however the group has become to big now, there is only one receptionist so there is always a very long queue to pay, so it's best to book in advance and get there early.

Positive experience: A modern gym in a slightly dated building. The pool and changing facilities are always very clean (which is what i go there for) the pool is always less busy than other public swimming pools in the area and swimming in a 50m pool is so much more enjoyable (less dull) than a 25m pool! From a selfish perspective I just wish they opened an hour earlier so I could always go before work.

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean facilities, friendly staff and really reasonable prices. The pool is huge with a separate splash area for smaller children and one separate flume slide for bigger kids. My children thought it was the best place ever and cannot wait to go again!

Especially Kate the manager, who not only helped us with the membership paperwork, but also took the time to make my 14 year old daughter feel confident when she was deciding if this was the right gym for her to go to. I'm so sorry to the guy who gave my daughter the gym induction as I've forgotten your name. However, the skill and customer service he showed while doing his job is certainly not forgotten! Thank you. I highly recommend the centre's excellent new facilities and it's cleanliness. And obviously the team of staff who make everything run so smoothly!

Fantastic experience: Having an open air 50 metre pool has been a great resource during covid times. The wetsuit swims early in the season were great when we couldn't get into Spiceball.
