Negative experience: On the website says they close at 9pm I went after work at 8pm and was close now I cannot go training and I pay the membership thinking I'm gonna have 45 minutes training after work. They told me on my face was close at 9pm the gym, that's how I got the membership. Now I'm really upset cuz I cannot go training after work. Waste my money for nothing. What was the point to lie

Positive experience: Always clean and helpful staff

Negative experience: They show you the opening times for public swim and tell you no need to call up and book.. but then you arrive and they say pool is shut for a gala.. Well put it on the effing website then

Positive experience: Would be even better if it opened before 9am for customers who prefer an early morning swim. All other city pools are available before 9am..why not this one?

Fantastic experience: Fabulous yoga and relaxation class with Cathy at 10:30am every Saturday morning. Come along- a lovely gentle class for beginners like me.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here about 4 months, I first started coming with a friend, who unfortunately has a current health issue, and can no longer attend, but I've continued to come alone, and always felt safe and welcome, the staff are all lovely, getting to know all their names now. So I'm 66 years young and I'm swimming 2-3 times weekly, completing about 10 lengths of the pool on each visit, I'll then go into the steam room, for 15/20 mins, on a Tuesday morning I do 4ever Gym Circuits which is aimed at people over 50, and then awards go to Yoga with Rebecca which I really enjoyed all this on an off-peak basis for £15.00 per month. Would not hesitate to recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: This Lifestyles sports centre while one of the older ones is still a really good centre. This is a huge facility with everything you could want. The staff there are really friendly and helpful. The classes that the centre runs are great. My daughter takes part in a scuba diving course run by Palaemon Divers in the swimming pool at the centre. The pool is a great size and goes up to 10 feet deep which makes diving, both swimming and scuba, safe.

Staff are lovely & in abundance at the moment ,yet the centre timetable remains very limited post covid in comparison to other Lifestyles such as Garston or Aquatics Centre? Could pilates ,adult swimming lessons & aqua fit be reinstated please ? If it remains a resource issue could I suggest classes are relocated to Speke to ensure equality of resources in all geographical areas.

Negative experience: Love the pool and used to go more when I was a kid. It was a full Olympic size back then. I went back 3 weeks ago because they finally had adult swimming at a reasonable time, only to find 3 weeks on, they've stopped it. They need to consider adult swimmers who want to lane swim in early evenings after work. This is why I don't take up a member ship. It's such a shame because it's a great pool and clean changing rooms.

Negative experience: Receptionist was very rude to my girlfriend apparently and brought up stuff saying she owed de ts to lifestyles when she never horrible old git on the reception.

Positive experience: Seems like this centre is forgot about sometimes, compared to other Lifestyles centres. Numerous times when visiting there has been noone on reception.

Fantastic experience: Love the roller disco every Sunday 1-2pm. It costs just £1.50 and that includes the hire of the skates. My daughter and I love it.

Negative experience: Poor facilities and outdated reception for signing in and out....
