Positive experience: Massage therapy was really relaxing. The therapist was simpathetic to locations of Injuries or lesions and was gentle with that.

Positive experience: Really lovely place our first time here beautiful grounds food staff excellent only complaint beds the mattress fartoo hard so did not sleep well and our bathroom floor was very uneven did tell reception and they already knew about the floor.

Fantastic experience: Top drawer holiday venue, especially for more mature members of the public, absolutely restful and stress free. All manor of activities to do there, take it or leave it. 100's of acres of well manicured grounds, and if going back to nature is your thing, then here's the place to discover. Very good value for money, food....Michelin like quality. Accommodation is modern and very comfy. Quality coffee lounges and bars, what's not to like.

Negative experience: Fantastic Break at Warner holiday Hotel at Cricket St Thomas! The band on Saturday night was called TWISTED ANTHEMS , the best band I have ever seen & I'm an ex-musician, BRILLIANT!.

Negative experience: Most of the lockers in both male and female changing areas did not lock. I suspect batteries were dead in the locks which I reported. They ran out of towels and the ones the gave out smelt of body odour, maybe they had been dried and not washed beforehand ? What a shambles and a very poor show.

Fantastic experience: I'm not an expert on leisure clubs, but I enjoyed myself here. Can't comment on cost as we were staying the hotel. Plenty of parking, clean toilets and access to the cafe in the hotel.

Positive experience: Great weekend ,good entertainment including the staff doing Queen,only slight issue was arriving at the restaurant at 1907 for 1915 time and being sent away saying we were to early!!by the 1915 time there was a queue of 24 people waiting to be seated, it resembled a soup kitchen ,old fashioned management...

Positive experience: Not up to the usual warner standards. Service was below average. Drink order not taken in restaurant and slow to bring coffee. I felt ignored at times. Facilities were good. Lovely pool. Lovely room. Nice grounds.

Fantastic experience: Room 470, was close to the spa, but a bit of a hike to the restaurant and show bar. Our room was large, clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The food was really good, with a wide selection, portions were generous. Evening entertainment was variable, from weak to outstanding. Service throughout our stay was excellent, we were always made to feel very special, nothing seemed to be too much of a problem. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool this visit, but hopefully next time we will have a swim too.

Fantastic experience: First time here for a two night break we came with friends 4 couples. Myself and my wife were very impressed our room was lovely and very clean would recommend we stayed in Lady Hamilton. The food was very good and the main house amazing. Every member of staff we spoke too was so friendly polite and helpful credit to the management entertainment was ok i recommended this resort and will now return again next time though for a little longer.
