Fantastic experience: Trained here for nearly 20 years now .. nothing to fault , gym is immaculate, equipment is well maintained. Staff are all lovely and welcoming. What more do you need

Fantastic experience: I don’t know why this gym hasn’t got more good reviews! It has all the weighted equipment and machines a typical gym-goer needs. There are good boxing facilities such as a ring, multiple heavy bags and lots of mirrors to shadow box in. The MMA area is fantastic; the floor is very padded, meaning you can train whichever martial you’d like! There are even mirrors in front of the heavy bags to analyse your technique. Everyone minds their business in the gym; therefore, you can train with 100% confidence all of the time. To finish off the review, all of the staff are friendly. There have been many times I have seen the staff give people advice or helped motivate gym-goers if they needed it. I am also confident that if you went into any gym area in fitness 2000 and were unsure how to do something, someone would be more than happy to help if you asked. The gym atmosphere is overall perfect.

Really good equipment... lot of women train here which speaks volumes . Very comfortable and no bad atmosphere. Bubbly helpful staff and always someone to help. prices are spot on and the no contract and no sign up fee is brill. Ive been to alot of gyms and this one is by far the best in Sunderland.! Its nice to see an actual owner interacting with staff and members. Always a Laugh and always a smile!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around in northeast area! I train here regularly and never had a bad experience! Place is always extremely clean and tidy and blue roll and hand sanitizer always available , toilets are spotless all the time. Staff always helpful and greeting you with a smile Everytime. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Obviously those bad reviews are troll jobs lol Not genuine.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym! Loads of equipment and different areas to exercise in. Staff are really friendly, feels more like a family than a gym! Very laid back and noone is bothered what your shape size or ability is! Really reasonable membership price too! Would defo recommend it.

Fantastic experience: A real gym, Not all equipment is new but that been said its all functional and does the job, They have many options available including cardio, Muscle building, Boxing, MMA the list is endless etc. The staff are on hand to help you get the most out of any kind of training and give great advice. Very reasonable prices and you can choose to pay by the session. It seems very oldschool in some aspects but never the less a r you feel every workout is having a positive impact, Very friendly gym.
