One of Billingham Forum’s best figure skaters over the past few years is Annalise Jones, and this talented teenager is now intending to pass on her love for her sport as she is delighted to have successfully passed her coaching examinations and will now be one of the resident Ice Professionals at Billingham Forum.
Tees Active: Opinions
Negative experience: Absolute rude office staff at the Redheugh House office 3rd floor. Had a big delivery sent there by mistake by the sounds of it and took their frustration out on me making things awkward. No offer to help. Some people skills needed desperately! Refuse to deliver there ever again. Only just doing a job at end of the day, the mess up not my fault.
Negative experience: Sorry I had to give this a 1 as I was so disappointed many times. I signed up for a year off peak for over 55’s. The facilities are great but after about 3 attempts to park my car on 3 separate occasions and no available spaces, I gave up in a huff. How can you take my money each month and not have enough parking spaces for members. It’s a sham! All motivated to go and having driven over from Eaglescliffe just to have to come home. Also you owe me back 11months fees which you have taken from me under false pretences! If you offer parking, there should be some?!?
Fantastic experience: Love it
