Fantastic experience: Best gym on Teesside by far - believe me I've tried them all. Great classes, a timetable that works for you, excellent coaches and an amazing community around the place. This is a beacon of positivity on Teesside - I am fitter and faster than ever before.

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommended, it's a great gym with a great atmosphere! The classes are filled with all different fitness levels which made me feel comfortable with when first joining

Fantastic experience: A fantastic training facility for mixed abilities. Whether your a beginner or an experienced trainer, the sessions delivered are always varied and the coaches are always on hand to guide and encourage. 100% recommend over a ‘standard’ gym!
