Negative experience: Some equipment has been out of use for months still a hole in floor of gym,showers haven't worked since before christmas, they want your money every month but don't want to spend any

Fantastic experience: Really good and fun

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while, and while it was fine when I first joined, it’s really gone downhill recently. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, but if you're planning to sign up, be aware that the gym has become overrun by 13-year-old kids causing chaos. It’s honestly hard to even focus on a workout anymore—it feels more like a daycare than a gym. A lot of the older gym-goers feel the same, and we end up rushing through our workouts just to avoid the disruption. The gym really should have an 18+ policy to keep the environment more focused and respectful for everyone.

Fantastic experience: My boys train here. Well maintained astro turfs.

Negative experience: I used a floor mat and cut hand because somebody had stuck a drawing pin in mat I asked at reception for plaster explained what had happened gave me plaster buy not bothered

Negative experience: Terrible service asked for a sausage roll for 1.50 then charged me 3.50 for hot dog then gave me later biscuits which I was allergic to

Positive experience: Great for playing football. My son has his 1-2 -1 training there with Dp Academy.

Fantastic experience: Great for football, good food n drink offer friendly staff, friendly players

Negative experience: Absolute farse, probably due to certain members of staff (not all) giving attitude aswell. Told as long as your there before 6pm it's charged per person and as been for as long as I can remember. NOW unless you pay over £40 in a lump sum you have to be out by 6pm. What chance does this give young people who want to attend. My kids and all their mates have been attending for ages but now this has completely put them all off ever coming again. This in no way helps the kids at school or college OR the less fortunate. I know it's a business out to make money but don't promote that your helping youngsters then.

Negative experience: Gyms falling apart been using for over a year, Promise of new equipment over 12 months ago, Holes in the floor around the dumbell equipments, been around for weeks but only descoved today appernly and when asked how long it will be till the issues resolved I entered a not very friendly conversation with the caretaker, why haven't I reported it ? Well you stop after nothing happens when you do. I would have thought some kind of health and saftey audit takes place you make sure all equipment and building are in safe condition

Negative experience: One of the staff are rude shouting in my face her attitude is disgusting won’t be coming come back here

Negative experience: Seems like after everyone fought and kept this place open, its been let down with the gym side, half the treadmills are out of use and have been for a while and its the only gym i know without a water machine, staff always friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Second day of not opening at the right time!!!! Says 8am yet here I am sat on the car park at 8:24 and shutter still down!!! This is unacceptable.. We're paying for something that we can't use JOKE

Negative experience: Just had to cancel my membership due to the continued foul smell in the gents changing rooms. The smell just didn't ever go away since last Christmas. The promise of new machines never happened either.

Fantastic experience: Play here on a weekly basis. Staff are friendly but at least one pitch has a light out and has been since it has been taken over. Makes playing in the corners very difficult

Positive experience: I use here regularly when it was Pulse and nie the new owners , not much changed since the takeover, still looking a bit tired , pitches and flood lights need an upgrade as can be dark of an evening playing football. Not used any other facilities here so cannot comment . Staff friendly enough and plenty of car park spaces.

Fantastic experience: Pitch can be better but the overall atmosphere is brilliant. The more you go there, you realise how beneficial this place is for the walsall community. Since its the most affordable place to play football, Services available for the youth and the public make the best use of it. E.g I normally see training of young talent with coaching sessions happening regularly and also youth clubs using their facilities to play football which leads to supporting the youth as they build a good rapport with the youth club staff. This is shown by the youth that are seen on 'the streets', taking part in these youth club activities. Places like these are brilliant for the community and I hope they can stay open or even continue elsewhere local and hopefully even bigger.

Positive experience: The place is ok for gym and football, coffee is terrible and their parking needs sorting out, I parked next to a path thinking it was ok there to get my babies car seat out to put on his pram and when we came out someone had parked on the path really close so I couldn't get him back in the car and the car behind was touching my bumper so I couldn't open my boot either. The driveway upto it is also really tight

Negative experience: Our thoughts are "when are classes back?" every other gym has them back and the excuse of lack of 3rd party staff is wearing thin.... Paying for a service which we are not receiving

Positive experience: the facilities are decent at pulse, yes goals facilities are of better quality, but the price difference cannot be ignored. The staff are very friendly to deal with and they are very up on there covid protocols and testing, where as goals due to numbers (i assume) just do not have the same measure in place. would recommend here for a good game of football for a fair price.

Fantastic experience: Great surface and great prices the level of rubber substrate in the pitches are not too high like some places it's just right.... Much better in quality then the Goals football pitches which are terrible and worn out, dated and they charge arm and a leg for the pleasure. Pulse way ahead in quality.

Negative experience: Worst implementation of Covid rules I've experienced. Happy to let people queue outside in groups and force them to walk through the building to then play on outdoors pitches. Moronic management.

Negative experience: Awful pitches, no customer service, all pitches empty get kicked off before times up. Much rather go goals who care for players and allow you to carry on playing when pitches are empty

Positive experience: Quiet. Lots of parking. Lots of equipment. Trainers available and accessible. Clean changing. Secure lockers. Cheap.

Positive experience: Machines are clean, well presented and very modern, which is not bad for the price you pay. Only real downside is their severe lack of classes. One for group mentality, I thrive off having other people to work out with. Going it alone is hard to keep yourself motivated and challenged. Plus it's hard to critique yourself if you're doing it wrong. I can't really afford an instructor so I rely on the good old tinterwebs for guidance.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go and get your mind off everyday struggles, if football is your hobby then go for it. Price wise is not bad as it cost about £50 per hour... the only negative thing is the astro should get restored as it is not the greatest condition. But part from that great place.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!! paid for 2 hours, the place was absolutely dead, on the minute of the second hour they turned the lights off so didnt even give us chance to take boots off and one of the staff was sent out to get us off the premises. I felt like I was in prison. never giving this company a single penny again and I've played on here for years but that's going to be put to a stop.

Negative experience: League game wasn't called off, snow wasnt cleared from pitches couldn't see the box, an whats worse is it was a white ball which you couldn't see, 24 pound a game and they cant even clear the pitches
