Fantastic experience: First visit to the venue to attend walsall toy and game fair. Well organised, staff were friendly and polite. Despite the Sunday morning football matches, there were plenty of free parking spaces

Fantastic experience: This review is for the sports hall, which I and my friends attend for badminton on Wednesday evenings. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.

Positive experience: For someone who enjoys a quiet gym it's not too bad. It has plenty of machines but the gym is a bit small you don't have enough to go around if it does get busy so you could be waiting, but depends on your workout time

Fantastic experience: Loved the customer service from Reece and the girl on the desk (didn’t get her name). Gym has the best hammer strength and Cybex equipment. Not very large but enough to cover good workouts

Fantastic experience: Every year booked for our annual gathering of the youth. Big Hall can be divided for football, cricket, badminton or basketball. Prices are also reasonable.

Fantastic experience: It's a clean, inviting and enjoyable gym to attend. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable and other attendees are so friendly. The facilities on offer are modern and the classes included in memberships are challenging and certainly work.

Positive experience: This gym is alright actually. Rarely packed because most people on campus are too lazy to attend despite having the option for a free membership. The windows are wide, large and placed right in front of the treadmills so you can use idea of potentially escaping the city as your motivation to run.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, people just have no respect for the equipment. The staff are useless and the security on site and a disgrace. I spoke to the manager about people fighting in the gym and he replied "let them kill each other" seriously, I had to leave and will never go back!!
