Negative experience: Such a shame the customers this gym attracts it is ruining it for an excellent gym, gym smells of weed, men with attitude who cant give a polite answer when asked about how long till they finish with machine, the owners whom i respect need to stop tolerating bad behaviour as its turned into a prison atmosphere in there

Fantastic experience: Great gym to go as a young lad staff are extremely friendly and a nice atmosphere with people trying to help and plenty of equipment to train everything with some boxing bags for after only thing I would criticise is the state of the changing rooms and maybe adding some lockers but apart from this the gym is amazing well priced and would recommend it

Positive experience: Been training here since February and its a very good gym. Excellent equipment especially for back and legs. The members actually have respect for the gym and clean up after themselves, theres never a weight left out. Only thing that stops it from being 5 star is lack of lockers in the changing rooms, The bathrooms are also in need a bit of a deep clean.

Fantastic experience: A great gym and great place to train. Some real good machinery and free weights. Training at peak times can get a bit busy but generally off peak times leave plenty of space to do your thing. You have everything from your novice trainer to your meat heads training here. The general vibe is pretty good. I've asked some randoms for a spot here and there with no issue. Always helpful. It's open 24/7 and the entrance is controlled by a finger print turnstile. £20 per month at the time of writing. One major reason I started training here was for the 45 degrees leg press. Upstairs is also full of machines and apparatus too, along with a boxing ring, MMA octagon and plenty of cardio machines. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Since writing the above, price has gone up to £25 per month if paying by DD. £30 a month if paying by cash Still a great gym. Some new equipment too. Still a great place to train after all these years. Would recommend Sick!

Fantastic experience: This gym has a wide variety of equipment from cardio, to weights, to boxing and MMA ring.... So something for everyone. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the gym its self is of modern urban decor.. If your visiting this gym more than once I'd advise not to get the day pass as it would work out cheaper to purchase the week pass.

Fantastic experience: Personal favourite gym in Walsall, great atmosphere and music. Equipment is always in good working order and any issues are resolved very fast. Great selection of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. There's also a boxing ring and classes for kids and adults. Weekly, monthly and annual memberships are available aswell as a "pay per session" option (currently £5). Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, the gym itself is clean and changing rooms are available as well as tanning boths. You can also pick up some business cards from the desk for things such as personal trainers and sports massage sessions. The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including all Bank Holidays).

Positive experience: I'm a regular here, three times a week. Great variation of equipment, really friendly staff, excellent value prices. Only one problem... the music is relentless, loud, offensive and absolutely awful. Have asked the staff a few times to turn it down or just put on the radio.. anything but that, but the staff are all young and enjoy it so you've no chance. I wear earplugs now, and I know a few people who don't go there because of this, and have had the 'isn't this music s**t' conversation with people there a lot! Don't be put off though, its a great place, but such a shame the owners probably don't realise how much of a problem this is. Please please please guys, sort this out!!!!

Positive experience: Great old school type of gym, has a lot of equipment, but seems to all be pushed in so there is not much free space down stairs, upstairs there is a bit more space for your punch bags and training mat. There are 2 boxing rings and upstairs both in good condition, prices are good, unfortunately no customer parking but there are some side roads which you can park on that are only a short walk away,

Fantastic experience: Cannot not recommend this place enough. Being a really skinny guy, I decided I wanted to put on some size earlier this year. I was terrified that I'd be stared down and intimidated by the massive dudes that frequent this place. Couldn't have been more wrong!! I've been to other gyms in the past (Puregym and the like), but this tops them all. The best thing here is the atmosphere; everyone minds their own business and completely focused on their own goals. All the staff and regulars I've met have been really polite and considerate, which is invaluable when first starting out. It's been a few months, and I've made massive progress (which has really helped with the social life ;) Seriously starting to miss lifting here now that I'm back at uni. To anyone who hasn't really been gymming before, but are seriously considering it, this is THE place to start. Equipment is comprehensive (and fixed remarkably quickly if anything breaks - much better than some of the other gyms I've been to who don't fix anything for weeks!), parking on the next street (2 hours free), and very good prices that don't tie you to a contract! Hope to be back here soon.
