Fantastic experience: Love this gym and the staff... especially grategul to Lyn for her ladies that weight train classes and the Tuesday evening sessions are an absolutely must class for me, mixing stamina, weights and cardio. Thanks for making me stronger!

Fantastic experience: We came here while on holiday as they had pickleball. We asked prior to booking whether we had to be members to book and they promptly came back saying we didn’t have to. Booking online was super easy. The front of house staff were friendly and engaging. They even gave us some tips on places to explore.

Fantastic experience: All staff at the leisure centre are helpful and friendly. The tutors are very knowledgeable and the equipment in the gym is high spec. The classes are varied and cater to all abilities.

Fantastic experience: I suffer with anxiety so joined a gentle fit class, so helpful to get out and enjoy keeping fit.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with great equipment Great facilities, with a sauna and steam room with a hot shower AND a cold shower for the people that like cold therapy. A little cafe that’s has coffee and even protein shakes, and more. Best of all, the staff are sooo friendly, happy and helpful, especially Lisa!!

Fantastic experience: A great leisure centre with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The classes are well attended and good . There are quite a few options for joining up with low cost trial weeks through to joint memberships which make being a member a little cheaper . All in all a good and cheerful place.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say I could not rate this gym highly enough - the price is excellent, staff are lovely and so helpful & the equipment on the gym floor is second to none! I have dealt quite a bit with Alan & Gordon - as there was a mix up with freezing my membership and for how long ( my mum was in hospital nearly 5 months then moved to a care home ) I think the mix up was on my side & I was quite a difficult customer as I had a lot on my mind. However the kindness, empathy, compassion, friendliness & professionalism Alan in particular and Gordon dealt with me with was first class - thank you to both of you I will shout about the service I received to anyone interested :) Sarah Melvin

Fantastic experience: So much more than a gym! There's so much going on here, including the UK Harvest Community Food Hub, which reduces food waste, the temporary Storrington Library, Barclays Bank and Sussex Green Living refill service, offering personal hygiene and household cleaning product bottle refills. They also support charities, including collecting boxed Easter Egg donations for Ten Little Toes. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, with Andi leading the way and encouraging one and all!

Negative experience: Dalton and Lisa, the personal trainer and deputy manager are extremely rude…. Instead of offering any kind of customer service with fitness advice, they patrol the gym floor, berating members of the public for not cleaning every inch of the equipment they use with a ‘mandatory bottle and spray’. Dalton also uses the equipment himself, often with high weights with friends, purposefully endangering the public, whilst Lisa often stares at her phone at reception with sarcastic remarks once asked a ‘distracting’ question.

Fantastic experience: Only just started going but love it already. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, top of the range gym equipment set in a nice light filled room, excellent cleaning regime so no dirty machines.

Negative experience: Poor customer experience enquiring into whether they could accommodate a block booking.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant centre. It is managed well and the Staff are so friendly. The welcome and atmosphere is great. A wonderful place to meet up with, or make new friends. There is something for everyone. Old and young, it's for the energetic and for the not so! The equipment is great and everything is immaculate. We are very fortunate to have such a brilliant centre in Storrington.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always friendly and helpful. The overall feeling of the gym is like you are part of one big family. The classes, the gym and all sports are catered for.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, large and fully equipped gym all with new machines and free weights, whole centre is newly furnished along with cafe. 2 large multi use gym halls. I do circuits there which is great, there are many other classes.

Fantastic experience: How lucky am I ? Most definitely have found the ‘A’ team. Andi( the inspirer), Gordon(Norman), Gabbi( the motivator). And this on my first day, my induction day ! A carefully crafted health programme awaits me today. Already I feel that the team are truly concerned about improving my health -so reassuring. Covid precautions are well thought out and closely adhered to. I still have to meet more of the team and start some of the very varied and relevant classes ! As well as enjoy the steam room, sauna and cafe! So lucky that I found this place. Thankyou everybody .

Negative experience: This place is like a scene from the league of gentlemen, this is very much a local gym for local people outsiders far from welcome. Each time I entered the building or gym everybody stopped and stared, after weeks of using gym staff haven't smiled let alone even said hello but do stare too much, very strange and quite uncomfortable atmosphere, the same people take over the weights area daily and are extremely hostile, Shame as its a well equipped gym but has village mentality.

Positive experience: Modern, slightly small but well equipped gym with fitness classes. Membership isn’t expensive, and I used a day pass whilst visiting. The air con wasn’t fully working and they had run out of towels, but the staff are friendly and there were plenty of treadmills, free weights and a bench/deadlift area. Not a fan of having to log in to use the treadmills, but one could of course use a fake email address and name. Sincerely, Jeff Goldblum

Positive experience: Reasonable price for a village but still not cheap.clean, modern, good facilities but no pool and a crèche for young children while you're in the gym. Children love their £1.50 slush puppies.

Positive experience: Went here for a Saturday afternoon rollerskating session. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the centre was clean and tidy. Very fun afternoon had by all.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in Storrington and used this gym only for two weeks. I loved it! I will miss it very much! Beautifully clean, good equipments and weights, very very nice, kind and helpful staff. 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: Helpful staff set up equipment for your activity. The two halls are kept reasonably clean and there is a party area you can use. Very basic food and drink available. Nicely equipped gym too.
