Fantastic experience: This gym is one of the best around. I travel from Toxteth to come here, and it’s truly amazing. The equipment is top-notch, and the respect members have for the gym is outstanding. Weights are always put away, machines are left ready for the next person, and there are no egos—almost everyone says hi. The prices for protein shakes and supplements are fair, and at only £40 a month, this gym outshines others that charge double. I’d recommend this gym to anyone. There are so many machines and benches that you never have to wait. I’ve found a gem of a gym in Liverpool, complete with a sauna and ice bath. Thank you for creating a world-class gym for the world-class people of Liverpool.

I would bet a pound ot a pinch that the negative reviews are from competitor gyms- the jealousy runs off the page! Trust me a membership here is the best investment you will make in yourself. Negative experience: Cancelled my membership and went to Nandos instead 15 curls with the butterfly chicken 20 side raises with the corn on a cob then lunges to the drinks refill machine repeat ×4 much better for your mental health coz advocates for this they are not unfortunately x

Negative experience: One of the worst gyms I have been to. Owner and staff are rude, waited for ages to be attended to while they were talking to friends. Machines not in great working order, lots of ‘out of order signs’ … toilets were disgusting and bins were over flowing! Will not be going back. Dedicated fitness isn’t far away, that’s a miles better gym! But I’ll probably stick to training in Manchester

Negative experience: So this business ignores government advice and ignores this horrible pandemic and ignores all the people that are dying so they can make some extra money (whilst likely claiming furlough). Whilst other more reputable gyms in the local area close to SAVE LIVES. Shame on you.

Fantastic experience: There are alot of good gyms around the UK with alot of equipment. However i have yet to experience a gym where every machine i used hits what its meant to hit and well. This is a great training facility with more than you can wish for. It is suited for all types of trainers from all backgrounds. Credit to the owner who makes everyone feel welcome. He is a top bloke and I will see you next time hopefully.

Negative experience: Great equipment and fair prices, however their treatment of staff is terrible. They fail to pay on time, and I've also witnessed a person be "beat up" at this gym; which put me off completely. This gym is dangerous, and I'm not going back.
