Negative experience: Would help if they paid their staff their salary. Zero stars

Negative experience: I went here today as my usual gym is closed to conduct maintenance. Oh my god! Avoid! They have the exact same equipment as when I trained here 3 years ago in their old property which wouldn't usually be a problem except the kit hasnt seen a second of maintenance or a millimetre of soapy water in 3 years. The kit is still damaged, worn beyond use, rusty and filthy. And to top all that they asked for £10 for the day pass. It's sad to see a once great gym ruduced to this mess

Negative experience: The gym has moved into the unit next door and 'rebranded' after having extensive fit out work completed and then refusing to pay many local trades people thousands of pounds for work completed. Disgusting behaviour from a fellow local businessman who has ended up delivering a substandard new gym to replace the old and meanwhile upsetting the local community of trades in the process. I feel sorry for the staff, personal trainers and other people who work hard there who will inevitably get caught up in the demise of the business as a result of one mans fragile ego.

Negative experience: Facilities aren't as that shown online. Changing rooms are in a storage unit in the car park with extremely poor washing facilities. No sauna or steam room as shown on their website. Won't reply to emails either once you've informed them you'd like to cancel your membership.

Fantastic experience: Gym looks alright, I just went there for the barbers upstairs

Negative experience: Warning, please be careful while parking your car onsite, I contacted the gym this morning to say that I had picked up a puncture while I was there on Sunday, I had a phone call soon after from the gym saying that more or less cars are parked at the owner risk and they would not pay for a replacement tyre. I explained to the manager I wasn’t contacting them to ask for a replacement tyre just informing them of the situation as there is work being performed at the site and the cutting blade was disposed of in the car park , she then said that she had spoken to the contractor and the don’t use cutting blades. Very poor customer experience

Fantastic experience: Great gym with every single machine you could wish for. Amazing vibes with darker lighting and loud music. The classes are top class in particular Nuke 14 week plan

Positive experience: Great gym and great facilities

Positive experience: Good well equipped gym. Good selection of loose weights and machines. Selection of classes as well. Helpful and friendly staff. Have selection of payment options, I paid £50 for a month which I feel is good value, covers access and classes. Felt the £10 for a day was expensive. No comment on annual fee. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym , but dearly saddened to hear that G with out mentioning her name.. the lady that OD in the diplomat and being drunk in the gym has been added as a receptionist, I would have thought as a gym you wouldn't employ a sort .

Negative experience: Overpriced, communication skills needed for staff, gym needs a good clean. I’m glad I’m out of contract with them. Please avoid and spend your money where it’s appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Quite a small gym packed with equipment and I've met less idiotic posers here than in other gyms in town. Staff are friendly, but they do need to sort the locker room out (still using the old pound coins). Why are there curling tongs/straighteners in the men's?

Fantastic experience: Great gym, got a lovely collection of machinery and free weights. And their cafè has some lovely tasting supplements. And some hench friendly Dudes will spot you if you try to lift something a lil too heavy, very friendly people there.
