Fantastic experience: This is a proper old school style gym, went in there today and all the staff are super friendly and welcoming, im gonna get rid of my jd gym membership and come here instead, proper. Support are local businesses

Positive experience: Odd opening hours ? Members slamming weights and banging of equipment don't help, And consideration for other peoples equipment wouldn't go a miss. Friendly management Always quiet if u like that

Fantastic experience: Not sure if this gym is still open went past a couple of weeks ago and it looked closed? Did also try calling but couldn’t get though as the number was cut off. From the pictures looks like a cracking gym will be a shame if it’s shut down.

Positive experience: Went to Mo's cabin and bought a lovely little fluffy dog as a present for someone I know, she has so much stuff it's always great to have a rummage

Fantastic experience: This building is used as a gym and also a place where on every last Saturday of the month a "Car boot" sale happens, I not only take part but enjoy the day all together, the people are lovely and friendly and all the proceeds from the hire of the tables goes to charity
