Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service. ⭐️ Special thanks to Callum and Sean for their above and beyond help and knowledge they have given me and continue to share with me every gym session ! Callum and Sean are exceptional individuals with a wealth of knowledge experience and patience. Cannot fault a single member of staff , you guys are all fantastic and make this the best gym I’ve been a member of ❤️ Every member of staff is super warm welcoming friendly accommodating, super willing to help. I’ve been a member of gyms across Teeside namely bannatyne, across Birmingham and even Newcastle and I haven’t experienced such all round exceptional customer service like this gym. To have every member of staff so on point is really something. Sean and Callum have really helped me go from strength to strength and accomplish achievements I didn’t imagine I’d be able to when I first started out in the gym a year and a half ago. They are magical people I really can’t thank them enough for the help they’ve given me and the kindness they’ve shown me and the positive energy they bring to this gym. They contribute to the positive energy that’s in this place ⭐️ Super fortunate to have this just across the road here in Ingleby barwick. ☺️☺️ Thank you

Positive experience: I enjoy classes and gym but very often struggle with PARKING and missed some classes because COULDN'T PARK, wasted time driving, trying to park and realise it's to late to enter class room.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Very clean and tidy. Staff are helpful. It gets busy very easily though.

Positive experience: Decent facility, but the gym is incredibly small and always busy, even during off-peak times. For the price there's much better options out there.

Negative experience: Never any parking. Can never book a class in advance because of their system, classes are always full.

Negative experience: Tiny gym for the amount of members it accommodates making it inaccessible. The gym only has about 10 parking spaces that is shared with a library. I can only come to the gym outside of working hours because I have to rely on being able to park in the school parking while it is closed. During the week this is not even a solution as the full school parking is taken by other gym members. If you are lucky enough to get a spot the gym is 99% packed, barely room to even stand and stretch. The basic machines that are available there is only 1 of every kind. No dedicated bench press and only 4 benches. The machine you need is never available and you have to plan workouts around what other people are not using. Overall gym is inaccessible and as somebody who works rotational shifts I need to be able pull up and do my workout when I have availability, I shouldn't have to wait for a school to close to park there. I find myself having to go to the gym at extreme hours either at 6 am in the morning or close to closing at 10 pm in the evening just so that I can access the facilities properly. I sent feedback but as expected there's no solution other than extending the premises. You can please help me out by releasing me from the contract so that I can actually use the services I pay for.

Fantastic experience: Ingleby barwick site is very clean, lovely facilities. Staff are friendly and it's easy to book one of the many sessions they run online. Lots of storage, so no issues with finding a locker. Great steam room and sauna.

Positive experience: Nice clean friendly environment to go and keep fit. Staff a great help with any queries. There is a swimming pool, library, gym and exercise rooms.

Fantastic experience: a good little gym! the actual gym room is smaller than you expect but it has a wide variety of machines and a swimming pool. definitely worth the money!
