Negative experience: Rubbish holiday. Power cut less than 24 hours of being there. Holiday cut short as had no choice but to make the 2-3hour journey home with a toddler

Positive experience: Been on the Kensington touring site for past two years. The site is very nice peaceful and friendly. Nice location and touring park very clean. Very sercure with barriers etc. Not a lot for the kids to do, no bicycles allowed which wasnt good. I have 3 children aged 13 down to 10 with disabilities and they found it a bit boring. Club house was nice, good entertainment at the weekends, however they have a strict rule that children are not allowed to dance on dance floor which i found very odd? Bar staff telling the parents to stop their chidren for dancing stange!!. I removed my tourer off the park and unfortuately got stuck in the mud and stranded we sent for help at the reception as they have a 4x4 but this was completely refused by Sandra and her team, which was a bit distressing. The sercurity gaurd walked past sniggering, no help offered. Absolutely no help at all from any of the staff, although they were fully aware of the dilema. I have been touring for many years and have used lots of sites and have alway had fantatic help from other sites when needed, but not here? Luckily a couple of really nice fellow campers came to our aid, and 2 hours later we were free. Very disapointed at Sandras attitude and refusal.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic weekend here in a beautiful lodge. 4 adults and 4 very young children. We had a problem with 1 of the showers but it was fixed within an hour of reporting it. The only criticism is there are no changing rooms for the swimming pool. There are toilets but they are situated outside of the pool which are not ideal when you've got young children/babies and if it is raining.

Fantastic experience: Attractively landscaped site with good space between vans. Very well run by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Used the bar but not the club as we didn't need it. The heated pool is amazing, and it was ideal for our granddaughter and ourselves. So impressed we've booked the van for next year as well ! Recommended.

Negative experience: I live nearby and have come here for food and drink with a number of friends for a lot of years. This weekend we were met with a barrier and through the intercom the staff gave a code to lift the barrier which didnt work and when it didn't work the manager said it was for security and left us sitting there. We wont be coming back nor will our friends. Avoid this place if u want to feel welcome !

Positive experience: It is a lovely quiet site. The only thing is you can't get any supplies for here. There isnt a shop. So if you need bread, milk or butter. You have to make sure your bring it with you .

Positive experience: Our first visit to see some friends who have a van there. Unfortunately it rained all the time we were there. The site looked well maintained and nicely laid out and we look forward to a return visit.

Fantastic experience: The staff, Sandra and Diego, were lovely and worked very hard under very difficult circumstances. The site and surrounding area are beautiful. The caravan was perfect for us. Although the Club House was shut the bar and kitchen staff did a marvellous job of serving us a good pint and delicious food in the converted car park!! All in all an excellent holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Negative experience: Stupid isn't run properly kids 17 and under have to be in at 10 pm nothing to do for older children not allowed hoverboads or any electric scooters or bikes get treated like your at a concentration camp not a 'family run and friendly site '

Fantastic experience: Really nice site,fabulous location really quiet even during the school holidays, Our first visit to this site but it taught us one very important thing you need nice staff and someone that goes the extra mile to please in Diego the site manager we found such a person.The site and therefore the residents are lucky to have such a genuine man at the helm. good luck to all there and thank you for your invaluable assistance Diego.

I feel very respect to gentleman who came to pick us at midnight deyago thank you so much brother on the reception was fantastic lady’s and helpful and honest with their professional I was a was very late arrival bcz due to heavy traffic on m40 but they make sure us everything thank you again The kids club and restaurant bar is is okay my little 23 month daughter did enjoy food and play enough with other children and we have managed to attend some of the evening program She loved dancing along with her new friends play area nice clean and tidy Our caravan was very well equipped luxurious and my daughter loved their deck that is here first time The swimming pool was looks okay was perfect on a rainy day unfortunately unable to pop in Bcz the weather was fabulous outdoor so I drove to Lake District National Park Snowdonia National Park and other nearby this place have no words too say anything We enjoyed our stay so much we planning to booked for next holiday as we left yesterday Thank you for all to make amazing holiday and we can’t wait to see you all again lovely and friendly people but remember car is very essential for this place to visit

Fantastic experience: Fantastic location pleasant surroundings, a car is essential for touring around some very nice places stunning surroundingd. We visited Mold great village and shopping centre. Langgollen is exceptional with stunning scenery river and a Steam Train ride, we enjoyed this place the best.

Positive experience: Lovely little site for touring. Staff very friendly, nice park with little crazy golf. Never said before but if anything the pool was a little too warm . Only small but clean. Just be warmed no where to get changed, so just come ready. The play park looks new and very good. The pitches are Ok, I wonder if they could clear some shrubs and give a better view maybe? The pitches have water supply but no waste on them. All seem fairly flat. Just a word of caution for some, the entrance is very steep with speed humps, I can see some 2 wheel drive cars towing may struggle a bit getting in. Just an observation didn't see anyone stuck. Overall a very well maintained site, perfect for a little weekend break in the countryside. And a very good price. Would highly recommend, and we will be back.

Fantastic experience: We started off on the touring field then traded it in for a static. We have recently upgraded to a newer van which we love. We have always found all the staff to be helpful and courteous. There is something for everyone. The site is in a fabulous location in the Walsh hills it is well kept. We love it I would highly recommend the site.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love it! We started off in a Seasonal Tourer for 5 Seasons and upgraded to a Static last Year. It has Everything, peace and quiet stunning Welsh Countryside, the Clubhouse caters for all ages and is constantly being updated All the Staff and Groundsmen do a Fantastic Job.

Fantastic experience: We purchased a caravan here in June this year, best decision we have made! Beautiful site, very friendly & helpful staff, we have kids & grandkids and they love it here too. Looking forward to many more years here

Negative experience: Great holiday park, staff and workers very helpful and friendly, fantastic clubhouse, but the accommodation needs something doing about it, a real shame and a let down. Just check your accommodation before you book, as you don't seem to get what you book. We asked for a Silver Plus and got a Bronze at first which was full of damp, the cushions were black and dirty. We went back to the office and was offered this caravan, stained and dirty on the outside due to its age, 12 years old and not looked after. Plus the insulation was hanging out from the underneath, talk about old and shabby wasn't in it, a crack in the bathroom sink, a split in the shower base that let water into the hallway, ripped upholstery in the lounge, and the mattresses on all the beds had had it, springs sticking in your back, could not sleep in them. We had to leave the heating on 24/7, otherwise you could smell the dampness, it was also single glazed, My wife took a full day out of our holiday to clean it from top to bottom, plates, cups, glasses, pans, even the grill pan didn't fit the grill, she cleaned all the mirrors and windows, it really SPOILT OUR HOLIDAY, needless to say, we left it in a better condition than when we arrived. We have the pictures to prove what has been said in this review.

Negative experience: Buyer beware!!!!! Want to loose 14k over 2 years well buy a caravan on this site ! Do not be tempted by the salesman spin think very carefully before committing the money as this is the most legal highway robbery known to man. We purchased a caravan for 23k in March 2015 including site fees so how can we sell in October 2017 for 7k !!!! Additionally there are management concerns about anti social behaviour across the park including toilets being smeared with excrement.
