The gym features state-of-the-art equipment including Assault bikes, SkiErgs, rowing machines, sleds, and free weights. Additionally, the facility boasts specialized boxing equipment, including six Zebra punch bags, allowing for diverse high-intensity workouts and boxing sessions. The gym’s innovative setup ensures that every training session is engaging and effective.

The gym offers comprehensive Personal Training services, where sessions are customized to fit individual lifestyles and fitness levels. Trainers can conduct sessions at the Ruthin gym or travel to your preferred location in North East Wales for added convenience. Hypo is a rapidly growing fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. At Dynamic Fitness, we host regular Hyrox Classes for competitors, beginners, and juniors. Our weekly schedule includes sessions for all levels, from introductory classes for newcomers to advanced training for seasoned athletes. We also offer specialized training for young athletes aged 8-15, complementing other sports like rugby and football. As an official partner, members get early access to Hyrox events nationwide.
