Four Seasons Health Club

Negative experience: Terrible experience at the Four Seasons pool cant say anything about the rest as wasn't using it. For the price I paid, this was a total disaster. I waited 35 minutes to get served entry into the pool, reception seemed vacant, I pressed the support button with no hopes. The "heated" pool was freezing, the sides were so slippery I actually slipped and had to waddle back to the changing rooms after embarassment, and the changing rooms were practically flooded, looked as if theyve never been water swept after usage. For a place that charges such a high price, you'd expect way better. Absolutely won’t be going back.

Negative experience: awful place , one staff the old man with long hair is very rude , looks like a pool for your friends and family to go and have fun but it’s not . Old man in reception said that people pay a fortune to go there and do lanes ? We pay £15 day pass and can’t even have fun because we had to make a lot of space for old people to swim , go leisure centre if u want to swim . Awful and expensive place i recommend Llety Cynin in st clears way cheaper and amazing service and pool , old man should get fired the way he spoke to us and my friends all he does is sit on the computer do his own thing on it . He also said ‘‘you left balls and stuff in the pool , you shouldn’t leave it in the pool otherwise we have to fish it out “ , do your job mate it ain’t hard .

Fantastic experience: The place is very nice and tidy. The scenery it’s Amazon and the pool near the lodges it’s very well kept and spacious. The people there are polite and very nice to talk to. We had a very nice holiday there.

Negative experience: Overpriced for the standard of the facilities. Much needed upgrades must be made to make this place competitive. It appears to be living in the past. Plenty of scope for the future.

Fantastic experience: I take my baby here swimming, which is delivered by an external company. The owner is very friendly, the facilities are really clean and there's always plenty of parking. The swimming pool is heated and is not too deep in the deep end.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Location is just so peaceful and idyllic. The place may be a little dated and not to everyone's taste but it is clean, homely and welcoming. There is a fully equipped gym, steam room, jacuzzi and an 18 metre heated pool.

Fantastic experience: My kids come here for swimming lessons. Could do with extra showers but that's just one minor detail.
