Evolve Strength & Conditioning is an all-inclusive gym located in Cross Hands, Llanelli, dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their health and fitness goals. With daily Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes and open gym access, it offers a supportive and motivating atmosphere designed for personal growth and performance improvement.

Our Evolve Club provides exclusive membership access to over 20 expertly led S&C and weightlifting classes weekly, ensuring that you receive personalized coaching in small group settings. Our experienced trainers are committed to guiding you through customized workouts that incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and mobility exercises, focusing on enhancing overall fitness and physical performance.

For younger athletes, we offer the 'Raise the Bar' program, a fully funded introduction to Olympic Weightlifting for kids aged 11 to 15, promoting fitness in a safe and encouraging environment. Participants get to learn essential lifting techniques and may even have the chance to join our youth weightlifting club.

The club is recognized as an official Weightlifting Wales Academy, which means members can participate in in-house competitions and qualify for national events, further fostering a community spirit and competitive edge.

At Evolve, we believe in empowering our members by tailoring workouts to fit individual skill levels and abilities. We offer a complimentary introductory session for newcomers, setting you up for a successful and engaging fitness journey.
