Positive experience: New changing rooms/ lockers have opened and are great facilities, beat changing in the toilet block! However, I do like to go after work for a couple of hours to de stress but I could not get parked for the lorries were all over everywhere. This is the 3rd time and if this continues then I will be cancelling my membership and going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Complete lack of communication from center staff , kids attend swimming lessons waiting over a week for some one to contact regarding progress , emails and calls seems to fall of deaf ears

Negative experience: Sadly leaving this after having my deposit stolen, and my sunbed minutes. I highly recommend no body uses the gym. Trying to blame me for their systems behaviour is actually comical. lack of communication and respect for gym members is absolutely disgusting. Please avoid at all costs. The construction work happening outside the gym makes it never enough impossible to find the door so good luck. I’d give it half a star if I could.

Positive experience: Great place with friendly, helpful staff but always a little too hot and humid with no cool showers or way to cool down so end up coming out still sweating even after a shower.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for a while, friendly staff, friendly gym goers. Not a huge selection of machines, and not a huge gym. But you can get done what needs to be done. Swimming pool is great and the changing rooms are always spotless.

Fantastic experience: Went there today to enquire about membership. I called at the site main reception first and was directed to the correct place by a very polite, lovely lady. Reached the fitness centre, parked up with no problem (for free,). Was greeted by a young man in the reception area. Very well mannered and polite. I made my enquiries and all questions were answered and I was given a tour of the facilities. I ended up joining today and used the swimming pool today. I will be back to swim again tomorrow and begin gym training in the next couple of weeks. The whole place us clean and tidy. Very good place

Negative experience: I joined it to get fit so I could give my disabled partner a better quality of life which it did..then.. the music was no longer played in the pool so I was unable to do my aerobics any more when it was played it was very low and slow so I left however the staff there are professional trainers and will advise you on what suits you best I had 3 good years there. And would still be there but a small request for some music was never given unless calum or miles was on
