Fantastic experience: Just want to say big thank you to the lovely young lady (staff )who helped me yesterday morning, After hurting my foot bad on one of the machines. The pain was unbelievable were I thought I was gunner pass out .she stayed with me all the time with ice pack .it's still bit sore and bruised. I've only been doing the gym 2 days .I admit it did scare me but I'm not giving up. Thank you for looking after me xxxx

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner trained there for a week whilst stopping at Skegness. Was the best gym experience I’ve ever had. All types of equipment for what ever you fancy training. Smoothie bar was always an amazing way to end a session. Staff was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going again

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym run and staffed by the best person trainers you will find ... these guys will go above n beyond to put u at ease .. make u feel welcome and there are always multiple people around to ask for help if needed Fantastic equipment n always getting new stuff in and take members opinions on what us wanted or needed Massive range of classes for all fitness levels taught by pets who put so much heart n dnergy into running them you cnt help but put ur all I to each class Would definitely recommend .. Best gym in Skegness . Also do a fantastic clothing range for every body type

Fantastic experience: Use Phoenix Fitness when at my holiday home in Ingoldmells. It's a great place to train. Lots of equipment covering every muscle group. Ample cardio equipment too. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Loads of cleaning equipment there for you to use. I love this place as I feel comfortable here. No egos just one really friendly gym.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with friendly and helpful staff and a great array of both resistance and cardio equipment plus a couple of Crossfit and Strength areas and a well stocked supplement and smoothie section. Whilst the gym is well equipped, the real strength is the friendliness and culture of the gym!

Fantastic experience: So, used to come here a while back, and I left to try out other gyms and eventually lost all motivation in going altogether. Phoenix is a different to every other gym, it has a great atmosphere, people of all body shapes all doing something that makes them feel good and help them with not only physical fitness but their mental health. The staff are always smiling and just nice people. As for the price, it’s very good value for money! Would highly recommend!!! Glad to be back!

Fantastic experience: Only joined last week on the ultra package, had an induction booked 2 days later, that went very well, I was shown how to operate the machines, as well as all areas within the gym. Lots of info. Thanks Caleb. A personalised programme is part of the package, along with a PT session and advice and info on how to achieve results. Free tea/coffee on the ultra but it's worth trying one of their smoothies, they are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming atmosphere awaits anyone who joins this gym, the staff take time to listen to you and what your goals are and are there every step of the way. As someone who suffers from anxiety I was so worried about setting foot in the gym ( I was a returning member and felt so worried as I’d put weight on since last time) but the staff helped me every step of the way and they even have gym buddies to meet and help you. Nothing is to much trouble for the guys at the gym

The diversity and equality is the best I've ever seen, the atmosphere is amazing and the welcome and being part of the family is even better. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym full stop. To feel so welcome and be treated like you're the only person in the room each time you turn up is amazing! I started and it's like been part of a family. I'm a double amputee so it was hard for me but they worked sessions around me and made me feel so comfortable.. I won't go anywhere else now

Fantastic experience: After trialling most of the local gyms here in Skegness I can honestly say I have found a second home at Phoenix Fitness. The gym has continually evolved over the past two years and it doesn't plan on stopping from what I can see. With its members always in mind the classes are great, tailored diet plans and a variety of equipment to suit all goals and desires. The staff are professional yet extremely friendly and if your serious about your health, they are too ! Cannot recommend this gym enough for anyone looking to better themselves and their mental and physical well being.

Negative experience: One month free? Hmm more like sign up for a free trial, come once, tell them you dont want to come back, then receive letters saying you owe them money for the last five months. That doesn't make sense, its not a free trial is it? I cant believe you are running this con! And seriously upgrade your shower or at least get more than one ( one shower between the whole gym isn't the one)! Yea hated my whole hour long experience there so beware people it's not a free trial as stated!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym I cannot recommend it highly enough. Been a member for almost a year now and never looked back. While I was very nervous about entering the gym as I had not been to a gym for years. That soon changed to Excitement seeing the changes in my confidence body and health. Everyone at the gym both staff and clients are always helpful and friendly. I would not feel the way I do about myself if I had not found the best gym around. Keep up the fantastic work everyone.
