Fantastic experience: Good gym, never been in where I can't get on a certain pieces kit. Free weights and plenty machines. Good big side room to go off and stretch off after a workout.

Fantastic experience: Year in, year out this is always a First Class Gym. Well managed and maintained, friendly atmosphere and superb training advice from an expert trainer. As far as gyms go this place is unbeatable. I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone who is wanting to get into shape, or for advanced competition standard weight lifters and bodybuilders. Brilliant gym!
