Positive experience: Welcoming club Great to see new menu with increased vegan based options I.e. swap out cheese for sheeze. Cafe when busy can sometimes have cluttered tables Water fountain is often empty Swimming pool great, ladies showers could do with refresh.

Fantastic experience: Love my local DL club, it's like a wee community where all the staff know everyone by name and it's like a second home for me and my family. There's lots of fun kids classes which allows the parents to enjoy their own class, use the gym, pool/spa facilities or simply chill out with a coffee in the Clubroom. So glad we decided to join.

Positive experience: We are a family of 4 and have been members of this club for around 10 years. We all enjoy a range of activities such as the kids classes, the gym, the swimming/sauna and now that my kids are older we can enjoy more activites together such as the rebels class for ages 8 and over. We also enjoy to grab lunch/coffee after a workout and feel the menu has a good range to suit all tastes. I gave 4* as i think the club could do with some internal upgrades such as showers and toilets. We hope to continue using this club for many more years to come.

Fantastic experience: Since joining David Lloyd Dundee we haven't been out the place! Really enjoy the gym, tennis, pool area, sauna, steam room etc. It’s nice to have a place to chill out with a coffee or watch the football as well. Mention as well to Lauri who introduced me and my friend to the facility and helped us onboard.

Fantastic experience: David Lloyd’s has been a great place to work out and unwind. The gym has all the equipment I need, and the classes are varied enough to keep things interesting. I’ve really enjoyed the atmosphere—it’s welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful without being over the top. The pool area is a nice bonus after a workout, and everything is kept super clean. They also have a great Kids team with classes for the wee ones. It’s just a solid place to keep fit and spend time with the family.

Fantastic experience: We had an issue with our renewal process and it just wasn’t being resolved, but once Lauri Smith reached out to us it was all resolved and sorted. Lauri is an excellent customer facing manager and went above and beyond to help us, staying after her hours to keep us in the loop with the situation! Great work and great service thank you!

Positive experience: Club is busy on a Saturday morning, always nice catching up with friends, but sometimes it can feel crammed and a bit manic. Staff always remain calm. And are polite.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of David Lloyd Clubs for many years. I love David Lloyd as a brand. I worked in the club for 10 years until earlier this year. I met my friends and my spouse. We now bring our child. It’s a great environment and a fantastic place to spend our free time.

Fantastic experience: We have been members from 2022 and absolutely love it! The staff here are the most kind and welcoming to our active family, plus great pool, sauna and gym! Instructors are super knowledgeable and studios are gorgeous

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym supplying Signature classes that you don’t find elsewhere. It feels more like a community than just a gym. After a hard(but fun) workout you can also relax in the clubroom with a great coffee creating that community atmosphere. The classes are an excellent way to learn about strength if you are new to fitness and will motivate you to reach your goals!

The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, making it a great place to get in a solid workout. What really sets this gym apart is the attention to detail. The changing rooms are spotless, and there's plenty of space, so you're never cramped. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with advice or just a friendly chat. Post-workout, the on-site restaurant is a fantastic spot to unwind. The food is delicious, with plenty of healthy options, and the coffee is just what you need after a tough session. Negative experience: They were rude gave wrong info on the phone so I turned up and they were too busy talking about a night out to notice anyone waiting to be served for at least 5 minutes..Wouldn’t ever come back!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for over a year now. The facilities are fantastic from the gym floor, tennis courts, swimming pool, kids classes, adult classes. It may cost a bit but you can spend your whole week here doing something. I've been to every gym in Dundee and no where is as friendly as DL, the staff are excellent too! Please ensure all the staff members get a free coffee on DL!

Fantastic experience: Best bit of the gym is the crèche. I can drop my wee man off and enjoy a work out knowing he's in the best care. Genna and Veronica are Amazing with the kids. So loving and kind and supportive. Sam asks me every morning when he wakes up if it's gym day! Only reason I still have his membership is so he can go to the crèche. Incredible.

Fantastic experience: I really love how it's not just a place to exercise but also a social club. Always offering events and activities for all ages and abilities. I have even booked the function suit for our wedding reception in June. Facilities always clean and they really invest money into upgrading the machines and equipment, aesthetics and general style and look of the club. Staff always friendly and approachable. Great value for money considering what you would pay for a club like this in the bigger cities. Can't wait to get out in the outdoor pool. Would highly recommend this club to others. Fantastic experience: Just had a lovely massage from Finlay Baird . He was really friendly helpful and professional . He helped me with my lower back and glutes which have been causing me problems and he knew what he was talking about . He was chatty and respectful and interested in how I was getting on at the gym. I would highly recommend and I have booked my next one already.

Negative experience: Ok facilities but generally felt unfinished. No signs to the gym area or leading out of the changing rooms despite being what looked like multiple exit doors so its hard to find the pool area unless you've been before. You have to leave the jacuzzi every 5 minutes for "cleaning" when nowhere else I've been has it programmed like this. No proper shower doors, instead there's a window type frosted glass that swings open and can't be locked shut. Even the cafe didn't have prices on the sandwiches which although minor is generally just a finishing touch.

Negative experience: Not for kids. Swim teachers miserable with no patience. Tennis coach had my four year old stand in a corner crying cause he didnt have time for him. (I was in the building and could have easily been called). I would never leave my children with them again. Customer is never right in this establishment.

However, if you are motivated enough and can afford to, then, there is simply nothing better for your mental health and wellbeing. Also, the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to support you if you need help. The pool, gym and cafe are excellent

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and always chatty. The premises is kept clean and the gym equipment alongside utilities are always in good order. Morgan always goes out of her way to greet and be friendly. The gym floor is immaculate whenever Shona or Eva are darting about and as always Craig goes above and beyond the role assigned to him. I highly recommend this gym.
