Fantastic experience: Had a party here for my 6 year old son and his friends. The place was lovely and very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and most importantly the children loved the day. I had a walk around and the gym and pool also look amazing, will definately be booking myself in.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Leisure centre - all the facilities appear to be in excellent condition, clean and well-managed. The staff are friendly and always ready to help out and give advice as required. The main hall has had new flooring recently and is in excellent condition. One recommendation would be to review the lighting in the main hall as it’s not ideal for badminton in particular. Other than, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and well maintained. Pleasant and professional staff. Soft play and swimming are great, plenty to keep little ones entertained. Only minor criticism is that the showers are almost too hot for adults and I certainly wouldn't rinse, let alone shower my little one and it is often the topic with other parents after swimming. Other than that a really great, well run leisure centre.

Positive experience: Nice big hall with loads of soft play and a bouncy castle that we have hired a few time for kids parties. It's one of the popular places for kids parties in Ruthin - we've hosted there or attended parties with the kids loads. It's a great big area so can hold loads of kids, has more than enough toys for them to play with and provides tables for you to provide your own food. The staff clear up well with you. Times are quite strict - we've arrived whilst the last party are departing and have been seen out after our time with the next party arriving. Not a bad price for what you get - not too much in the way of tea/coffee for the parents, a machine in the reception that seems to work occasionally and WiFi is temperamental to say the least. The space more than does the job for the parties though.

Fantastic experience: Great local centre making use of a large local schools' assets with lots of activities. The staff are excellent and the swimming lessons for the young ones are very good. Prices are very reasonable.

Negative experience: If you like a shower after your work-out then DO NOT sign up for this gym. In the past few weeks the showers have been cold 4 times & all I get is an apology & absolutely no response to 4 e-mails. I wouldnt sign up again
