Positive experience: Clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Positive experience: Pool is well kept if a bit small for all the people who use it. They have an outside pool too just not open at this time of year.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel, staff are friendly, food is lovely as well. Great pool, sauna. Rooms are nice as well, they are redoing them slowly as well. Air con in the room which is nice, nice TV, bed is comfy

Positive experience: Good overall with very helpful and professional staff. Good good. Small but clean and adequate room. Nice pools. Poor location on an industrial estate which also produces awful stink from a food processing plant. This often invades the hotel outdoor pool area. Nasty!

Negative experience: Working in the area for a couple of months or so and wanted to join the health club as a swimming member. At first this was no problem, I chose the monthly membership and filled out the forms. The staff were keen to help, but after a bit of consulting, said I actually needed to sign up online for a membership because it would be direct debit. Then, it transpired the monthly membership wasn’t monthly but a minimum of 6 months. So I opted for the pay as you go membership, which isn’t just pay as you go, you need to pay an annual fee of £40 before you can pay as you go. That made a couple of swims a week for a couple of months near enough £10 a dip! I gave up and left disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I found this hotel excellent value for money. The two pools were warm which was good. The bed was comfortable. The bath was deep too and refreshing shower. We did the tarka bike ride. Very good location.

TOP MAN Brilliant knew his beers well helpful not to much trouble for anything we loved our stay Even turned on the football for us although silent we appreciated that Only draw back if I remember Tate was chelsea fan Well done guys keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: Love it here. Pool is always sparkling clean and warm, not overcrowded and change room facilities are excellent. Lovely hot showers. Disposable bags for wet towels, costumes. Etc and hairdryers. Lots of parking. Reasonable prices Highly recommended

Positive experience: Free parking, friendly helpful staff, comfortable refreshment area. Pool was very busy, hopeless to have a swim. Mostly families with small children. More rerelaxing when it quieter. The gym was ideal.
