Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! After many years of no consistency dipping in and out of the gym and just winging things with no clue as to what I was doing I thought I would sign up for the free class and give this crossfit a whirl. The coaching is great and a special mention to Karen who really looked after me as complete newbie, scaled the workouts to my level and was super supportive and motivating! Also had the pleasure of having one workout with Steve who was super helpful on a lift I was struggling with. I have been going for just over a month now - feel stronger, have better endurance and am more flexible. The coaching is on point and everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend giving it a go it’s helped my physical and mental heath plus it gives you a real healthy buzz!

Fantastic experience: My first time having a go at crossfit and I couldn't have had a better introduction. Sadly work meant I could not continue in the Devon area otherwise it would have become a weekly thing. The next crossfit gym I go to will have a lot to live it up to because of Steve and Karen. Fantastic experience: Alrighty, these guys are the friendliest I have ever met! I had 2 drop in sessions and have met really lovely people, super chatty, felt like it has a strong open minded community and everyone knew each other well. Coaches are great, good laugh. Workouts I did were sweaty and didn’t involve any difficult moves and I enjoyed it very much.

Fantastic experience: My husband (40) & I (aged 49 years young!) joined Crossfit North Devon in February this year. Neither of us fit for purpose!!! But I can honestly say we both feel that we are gaining strength & fitness during the 2 sessions a week that we attend. My husband enjoys so much he is going to start going 3 times a week. Our son has been a member for over 3 years and is a true inspiration for the sport. Something for everyone, levels for everyone and soooo friendly. Here's to a fitter and faster us.
