Banchory Sports Village

Positive experience: Great facility, but never seem to be able to book the gym, I'm hoping just to turn up and use gym. They also don't answer their phones often. Great swimming pool with mobile hoist for disabled people to get in and out the pool.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff fairly well equipped, only bad thing I would say there is only set of barbells in the gym which get hogged alot so can be difficult to get use out of it

Positive experience: Helpful staff, wide range of equipment and classes. FANTASTIC cafe. Booking app is very easy to use.

Positive experience: My only experience is cardio rehab exercises classes. Well run and a good gym facilities therein. Observations from the other facilities are visual and not physical experience, which are all extremely good and well appointed, and appreciated by local populous.

Fantastic experience: We love the Banchory sports village, we go every Saturday for swimming, lovely new building & very well maintained, the staff are friendly enough.

Fantastic experience: Pleasantly surprised to find this modern sports centre in Banchory. Good parking, good access including for wheelchairs and a good pool.

Positive experience: Really great facilties. Albeit a little small. Only issues - nobody EVER answers the phone. Also the reception staff don't always know what their own packages and deals are and often have to call through a supervisor. With a little better training and someone to answer the phone, this could be 4-5/5 stars.

Positive experience: Fantastic new sports complex, friendly and helpful staff. For the size of Banchory though it could be benefiting being a bit bigger.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, welcoming staff. A new facility, long time coming to Banchory. I thought the sports hall may have been larger. Once people find this new sports destination, there may be capacity issues between, clubs and general public bookings. Already being well used across all generations. A great resource for the community.

Positive experience: Great to have this place at last. The facilies are tip top. Only complaint is that they don't issue members cards. I don't know who is responsible for sorting it out but it is very silly and causes huge queues every day.

Negative experience: My daughter has been desperate to go to the new pool with me today. I called for over an hour without reply so decided to just go up. My daughter put her swimsuit on in preparation and when we arrived was told there was 22 people on a waiting list already and probably wouldnt get in
