Fantastic experience: This community hub offers brilliant classes that really push you and bring people together! This isn't a fancy gym, it's a real and genuine place with equipment that has seen some use. The boxing gym is great for those wanting to train, especially the womens class which I have attended, these are designed to build strength and technique through circuits and drills. The teacher Karl is firm but friendly and encouraging with a good sense of humour, and he really knows what he's talking about. This is a safe space for women of all backgrounds to train and get fit.
