Fantastic experience: I totally loved it good. Staff and very good vibration about it

Negative experience: Okay gym, me and my partner was in the other day and there was a couple that sat on the power rack for 40 minutes, done one squat and took a video then left which was very annoying considering it was a packed gym. Should be more signs up to stop people from doing that

Negative experience: Terrible road leading up to this gym. It's been like it for years and getting worse. Really put me off signing up.

Fantastic experience: First time joining a gym and couldn't be happier. Helpful, kind and supportive staff who are supporting me to achieving my goal. I love their 12 week transformation plan as it was exactly what I needed being new to a gym. Jessie is one of the staff members who welcomed me and set me up and continues to support me every time I'm in. Would highly recommend this gym to newbies and regular gym goers.

Negative experience: Very basic gym, more targeted towards new gym goers and sadly, 'junior members'. Numerous complaints to staff fell on deaf ears and nothing changed, unfortunately it is more a social club for juniors and the etiquette by juniors and regular members is nothing short of shocking. Cancelled my membership with upwards of 5 emails discussing my issues for leaving with no correspondence in return. Now being barraged with emails and messages telling me to pay for another month, even though the 'T and C's' they talk about don't exist as no contract was ever signed. Now this is turning more into harassment. I would strongly recommend anyone thinking of joining to really think whether this is the environment you want to surround yourself with.

Fantastic experience: Usually a regular member of NR Dereham but popped in as it was bring refurbished. Was greeted by Jess who was very kind in showing me around and letting me know all the details I needed. The facilities are a little more crammed in than Derehams but had everything I needed for a decent session.

Positive experience: Just done one class so far.

Positive experience: I really like this gym, but can get way too busy at peak times, mainly 5ish after work, and not enough weight machines. It seems to be outgrowing itself.

Negative experience: Smell of b.o people chatting where you wanna go so many marirtual affairs

Fantastic experience: Great gym, always clean. The staff are super friendly and are always welcoming. The equipment itself is very well maintained. If a machine breaks, then it's normally fixed within a day. Because it's such a great environment, we find that the other gym goers are friendly and normally willing to help you out. There are some TVs on the walls when on the treadmill, and there is always music, so if you forget headphones, you won't be bored. Also, now with amazing air con. I would highly recommend this over the other local orange coloured gym!!

Negative experience: Joined a year ago but it has gone down hill lately, unfortunately. There seems to be a social club rather than a gym, clusters of people chatting, blocking access to equipment to those actually trying to workout. Also the smell of B.O. is unbearable. Apparently they aren't aware they offer non contract memberships... Tried to charge me after I cancelled.
