Fantastic experience: I used the meeting room at the club on a Saturday for a corporate group event and the facilities were great. Big screen for presenting to the group, café for drinks and lunch, and really friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely come back again!

Positive experience: I've been a member here for 6 years and I have always really enjoyed my time there. The gym is well equipped, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I've also had 2 of my children's birthday parties in their room for hire, which were great spaces to hold a kids party.

Fantastic experience: An outstanding club run by a caring and outstanding management team. Excellent instructors. The club has been refurbished to a very high standard, has a large variety of gym equipment and classes, swimming pool and a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Lovely area where members can meet and chat over refreshments after their work out. What's not to like. Proud to be a member.

Fantastic experience: The Key is a really friendly club. All the staff are welcoming and. go out of their way to help if help is needed. There is no competition to wear the latest gym wear. In fact, in every way, members are encouraged rather than judged. I really look forward to every session. Keep up the good work, you are doing great.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since February and during the lockdown they were really good and communicated everything with customers and members. I'm so thrilled with how the gym is operating now post lockdown aswell with booking sessions. Staff are really friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend the club as everything is included in your membership. Well equipped gym, loads of classes and a warm swimming pool aswell. All backed up by a friendly, experienced team. The Cafe is also a hidden gem aswell - great coffee and menu with lots to choose from

Fantastic experience: KEY REVAMP IS TRULY AMAZING The transformation of this Spa from a tired, run down relic of the 80s to a chic , well maintained facility is outstanding. Superb fitness experience, friendly experienced staff and a well equipped gym. We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon using the facilities and relaxed in the sauna and pool. Brilliant way to recharge our batteries. Would highly recommend. Neil Muter

Positive experience: No disabled entrance and some very steep steps up to the cafe area and toilet. Poorly designed. Lovely pool though.
Thank you for your comment. I believe you are referring to those people who have mobility issues rather than those with a disability per se. We do have a lot of members and customers who have a very broad range of disabilities (including those with some mobility issues), all of whom use and enjoy the facility. Wherever possible we do endeavour to support those who wish to use the facilities and have accessibility difficulties but do have limited capabilities to achieve this. The building was designed and built in the mid 1970’s when such issues were not commonly addressed nor the planning regulations in place to support such scenarios and regrettably the only way to achieve such an outcome would be to demolish and re-build substantial parts of the building.
Fantastic experience: Well equipped and spacious Gym. Relaxing sauna and swimming pool. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
