Dream Fitness Selsey

Fantastic experience: Joined a little over a month ago and won’t be leaving anytime soon. The staff are friendly and helpful and if you’re unsure on any equipment they’re more than happy to show you and help with form. Rarely have to wait for your sets everyone seems to work with one another to make it as enjoyable an experience as possible. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

Positive experience: Liked the gym was probably one of my favourites I’ve been too, have not been since they’ve added a lot of new facilities, very clean and rarely have to wait to use anything, although I had to pay the joiners fee multiple times and wasn’t offered a subscription freeze after calling but gym would’ve got a 5 star itself

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a commercial gym but as functional fitness is offered as a class it’s perfect! I’ve been made to feel very welcome and really enjoying both the strength and class elements of the gym - I haven’t been spinning for years and now I’m a little bit addicted!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for about a month now. This is my first time with a gym membership so I can’t compare to others but I’m very happy with the facilities, staff are friendly and helpful and good selection of equipment. The 24/7 option is great for me and it’s not been over busy when I have visited so I can get on without issue.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym in selsey 4 weeks ago and was quite apprehensive about it I can honestly say I couldn't have been made to feel anymore welcome by all staff and alot of the other members. The welcome package has been really helpful in getting me started and I love the encouragement in the classes to help you push yourself yet work at a level suited to where your at.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym four weeks ago now. Have been training 4-5 times a week including some weekends to get back "into it". We moved to Selsey 2 and a half years ago and after 6 months I joined the gym at bunn Leisure.It wasn't very good and I soon found myself not going but was tied in to a year contract at $40 a month...! This gym is better situated cheaper and only $20 membership fee and a month up front.So at $24.99 much cheaper.The gym itself is on two levels with the weights and machines downstairs and mats workout space and classes upstairs. The staff seem pretty good and are usually upstairs except for when they are training people.The weights and Machines are well set up and there is enough at the times I train.Would not train during peak times as am lucky to have retired early..! Having trained to a reasonable standard years ago (Pinks gym Carshalton and King's gym purely way).I know my way around a gym.People who train here treat it with respect and it is clean and tidy. Hope I can say the same in a year or so.

Fantastic experience: Trained on a day pass 13/7/19 I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff, although gym is not huge not overally busy and was able to conduct my normal gym session with no fuss. Gym equipment was tidy and not a Dumbbell out of place. 5*

Fantastic experience: I joined dream fitness three months after having my baby boy. I was so insecure with the weight I had gained during pregnancy, and the weight/fat that was left behind after I had him. I’ve been to other bigger gyms in the past, and was always made to feel insecure, and hated the busyness and how cliquey they were too. I heard about dream fitness in Selsey opening, two days after my little boy was born, and my partner went down to sus it out. He came back saying how lovely it looked. When I decided to be brave enough to go, I used a 1 day pass, and I just loved it! Even when it was “busy”, it still felt quiet and I could get on with everything I wanted to. I don’t feel judged, or feel like I have anybody looking at me or laughing at me. It’s such a lovely sized gym, it’s not too big, but not too small. The staff are so lovely and chatty, it’s so clean, and they have all the equipment you’d need! Some of the equipment I had never used before, I was shown how to use everything, and am now doing things I would have never done before!! My weight has started to shift, and I’m finally getting y confidence back. I wouldn’t of stepped in any other gym, and I can honestly thank dream fitness Selsey for making me feel welcome, normal, and confident! I can’t wait to get back into shape!!! Thank you SO much dream fitness! My fear of gyms is now long gone.... although I won’t be stepping in any other gym!!! :) x

Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 gym in Selsey. Lots of machines and weights, clean and friendly environment. I have been going since it opened in September 2018 and am in it for the long run!

Fantastic experience: Have been using this gym for a month now and was surprised by how nice and supportive all the staff are. Never made to feel silly for being a beginner. Have my PT's with Kristina and she has been great. Very fun and light hearted which is just what I need.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful BRAND NEW gym! Has everything you need to train and more. I'll never join another gym again. Plus it's open 24-7 which helps work around my lifestyle. 100% recommend!
