Fantastic experience: Clean and calm

Positive experience: Staff are very helpful and friendly. Gym can get a bit busy especially weekdays at 5pm but the pool doesn't seem to get too busy. Great selection of machines in the gym. Only minor downside is the lack of individual changing rooms, even the only 2 individual stalls and the showers are quite see through.

Fantastic experience: Love the pool, the sauna and the steam room. Great, relaxing facilities. The gym has all the normal things you would expect. You get a towel when you go in and there's also a dryer for your swimming shorts afterwards. Very good.

Fantastic experience: I can't comment on the gym but the Nuffield physio centre is excellent. The reception staff are super friendly and are happy to make changes to your appointment at a moments notice. Callum the physio is great at what he does and ensures continuous treatment until your issue has been resolved.

Positive experience: Clean gym, can get busy sometimes but overall a nice gym with a selection of equipment. Pool is only 20m and there's an additional charge for some classes but at the cheaper rate can't complain.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly welcome and explanation of the gym areas. It has all the equipment and machines for the average gym user, fixed weight machines, cardio machines and free weights, plus a separate functional fitness room. Extensive locker/shower area and decent swimming pool too.

Fantastic experience: Recently rejoined this gym and it's very good, infact better than I remembered and the staff are brilliant, there's plenty to do here with classes all day every and an amazing pool with steam room and sauna

Positive experience: Lovely gym, friendly staff...the only thing is the changing rooms are always freezing and are not easy/ helpful for when changing babies in. Trying to change a riggling 6 month old in the freezing cold after being swimming on the floor is quite difficult....could do with a place for families to change so that both parents can help with changing the kids and also have a tall changing unit.
