Fantastic experience: Love this place. Super friendly and knowledgeable gym. I joined the 3DPT 6 week course that get me focused on my fitness and I love it.

Positive experience: Lovely people there it’s just a bit much to start with 0-100 it’s not personal training one on one so it’s quite expensive. I felt it a bit intimidating being older and a bit overweight. All these young people with muscles out working out and running about. But the people are very friendly it’s just not for people who haven’t been exercising for a while. And you could probably get a one on one trainer who would help you get to the level to go to the CrossFit classes before you went. I just fell a bit inadequate and feel I would be better suited to 1-1 training and help . The times are also early. Be good if there was something for starters

Fantastic experience: I have been doing crossfit for 2 years and recently joined 3D. Coaches are amazing and looking after you. This place is all about you and your progress. They will correct your technic and give you all the tips you need to move forward. Really recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Not had a better experience when it comes to CrossFit and general training than this place. Trainers are all super experienced and make sure you do your movements safely and to your own capabilities, no one is forcing you to do anything you are not comfortable with. Absolutely love this place and all the people involved :)

Fantastic experience: This is for me the best Crossfit "box" in Manchester. The team of trainers holds great merit in keeping a friendly atmosphere. I am myself not a great performer and I train together with sometimes super fit men and women, nevertheless I never felt as I did not belong. In months I am getting great results and great attention is put in making clean and safe movements. In sum, a great place to achieve rusults.
