Fantastic experience: A great CrossFit box, did a couple of sessions there when visiting Manchester and will be back when I’m over next time. Enjoyed the vibe and the coaching a lot.

Fantastic experience: I joined back in August 2021, and it was my first experience of Crossfit. I have had been to the gym before but this was a big step. When I joined everyone was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and patient. The coaches took time in training me, and also worked on my weaknesses to improve them. This CrossFit gym has an amazing community, and I met many brilliant people who i’ll continue to speak to long after Ive left. This gym is amazing for anyone who has recently moved to Manchester and is looking to meet new people, but also those who want to improve their fitness. Thanks Benji & Melissa for everything!

Fantastic experience: Friendly and skilled instructors. I was in town for a few days and booked two trainings via their website. Paid online and got the confirmations. Easy peasy. Trainings are throughout the week at diverse hours, some via Zoom (online class). Entrance on both sides of the venue. Parking spaces in the back. There is one small changing room with open lockers and one toilet. Better to come and go in your sports outfit and shower at home or in your hotel.

Fantastic experience: I was in Manchester for the week working and found this box through CrossFit.com. I was staying in the Radisson Blu Edwardian and it's about a 20 minute walk. The walk is safe and I got to see a lot of the shops and restaurants as I took a different route each day. CrossFit Central Manchester has a welcoming community and caters to a wide variety of skill levels. The coaches were able to scale the movements as needed and I was very impressed with the Muscle Up progression Coach Benji shared with me. The location is pretty unique and reminds me of old army barracks/bunkers. The box is well equipped and I had no issues finding the necessary kbs, bar bells, etc. when it came time for the WOD. If I'm ever back that direction, I know I'll be dropping in again.
