Negative experience: I bought a fitness equipment from this ma he should put it on pallet for shipping I transferred the money to him immediately and he said after 1 week he put it on pallet then he wrote it is broken I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my money every time he says he will transfer it back he has to verify with his bank he promises to transfer it back after 4 weeks he has blocked me now after I said I want my money back ice careful !!!! Fantastic experience: Don't think I've ever joined a gym and actually felt comfortable. Started hypermania in January and it is such an amazing group of lasses where no one takes themselves to seriously and everyone is made to feel comfortable. This month just got even better. All the new girls and instructors has just lifted the atmosphere to the next level there are a tonne more fun classes that challenge every level without excluding anyone. Aaaaaand there's now a womens only space. Best place I've ever been and now I actually neeeeed to go gym

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST GYM in my local area I really do love that place friendly staff very helpful excellent range of machines especially the jay cutler machines and its also good value for money so in my eyes there's only one place to workout and it's 5 stars from me karaoke king stanley elvis

Fantastic experience: Went here recently to check out the facilities on offer, as I’m shopping around before choosing a gym. Place was quite easy to find in the Hobson trading estate, though I can imagine parking may sometimes be a bit tight. Will was super helpful showing us around. This place is deceptively massive like a Tardis, with lots of rooms with state of the art strength training equipment, cardio equipment, weights, mats, small halls for the classes and a couple of sauna rooms. Has classes on in the very early morning and in the evening, and has plenty of equipment as you can tell. Great to have a look when choosing a gym, as this is totally not corporate and you can tell it has a great community atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Just started with personal trainer (Courtney). Somehow she's progressed me within two weeks from hiding all 3 stone to lose under the duvet, to feeling motivated and up for the challenge. Courtney listens, observes and adjusts work outs to suit my individual needs and goals. She is easy to get along with but doesn't let me skive out of anything. Before starting one to one sessions, I had no confidence about becoming a gym member. However I look forward to every session and now feel I will be able to overcome negative body image and become a member. Many thanks Courtney, from Jill xx
