Negative experience: Trained here for years nothings change but it’s getting worse, the equipment doesn’t work most of the time and the building is fallen apart.

Positive experience: I love coming to the gym, the positivity I get when I come, the support given by the staff, the friendly spirit of the people I work out with, and overall a pumping situation.❤❤

Negative experience: Too expensive. Not really interested in my needs.

Positive experience: Staff really canny! People who train are very quiet and keep themselves to themselves but unfortunately the gym itself is well past its best day. Equipment is dangerously falling apart and the dumbbells actually need tightening as they aren’t even secure enough to feel like you want to use them… has so much potential to be a good old school gym but needs a few quid added into it. Had to cancel and move elsewhere because of this

Fantastic experience: Nice space to do the workouts you need and open early/late too. If you feel a little intimidated to start the gym, this is a great place to start because you never feel judged, there's always a mix of people in.

Fantastic experience: This is a well equipped gym with lots of equipment, cardiovascular, resistance machines and several free weights as well as a suite where various classes take place . Friendly staff & friendly clientele make this a nice place to attend . Add to this plenty of free parking

Fantastic experience: 5* after playing professional football, gym and fitness were not at the top of my agender, looking at my health, it was going the wrong way, paramount gym help me change my mindset to get up and get on with it. They made it easy for me to get back into the swing of things, could not recommend more .

Fantastic experience: Since going to paramount 2 weeks ago for a try at spinning, I have became a member and doing 2 classes a day, I did a little fitness before hand but nothing like I do at the classes at paramount, all the trainers are fab and really push you to keep going, I couldn’t recommend a better place to go...I was very nervous my first time and didn’t need to be as everyone is so friendly and we are all there to do the same thing, get fit....really highly recommended Paramount

Fantastic experience: Member for 10+ years at Paramount. The gym has good variety of equipment and is suitable for everyone. Whether it’s weights based training or cardio based training the staff are friendly and helpful and will assist in achieving your set goals!!

Negative experience: Joined over 2 year ago and at the time it was the best thing ever.... since being taken over by Jim and Leah it has gone from bad to worse. Equipment is dropping to bits along with the walls and ceiling! In fact, be careful where you sit in case you get taken out by a breeze block!! The friendly and social atmosphere has gone. Apparently friendships not allowed unless your best friends with the bosses wife who speaks to members in the most terrible and unprofessional manner. Never felt so unwelcome and bullied in all my life.

Fantastic experience: I've been fortunate enough to have been a member at Paramount for over 4 years and it is easily the best gym in the area. The team are brilliant and approachable. The classes are fantastic and keep you on your toes. I wouldn't train anywhere else. If you're local or just passing then give it a shot!

Fantastic experience: This is the first gym I had ever joined. It has the machines I need to train all my muscle groups. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym has everything that you need. Full cardio suite huge weighted area including free weights and a functional fitness area. Fitness studio with over 35 classes per week.
