The Muscle Factory offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Core Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

Fantastic experience: loved the place. proper gym for serious trainers. Caters for all though please dont let the name put you off. Good cardio also! Lovely helpful owner. If I lived closer I would be there all the time. Was passing through. Gr8 for the serious trainer though and nice clean showering facilities. As a serious trainer offered everything ya could want and expect!
