Positive experience: Great pool with easy access if like myself you have trouble with the steps getting in. It's a leisure pool so no lanes or anything like that but you can swim from one side to the other and it's fun when the wave machine is on

Positive experience: Staff are lovely, attentive and considerate. Pool and facilities are also amazing. Only drawback for me, as a disabled person, is that there are no seats near the disabled toilet, which means I often have to wait 20 minutes or so for any families using it to leave.

Fantastic experience: Been here as member almost a year , very happy from service and stuff are lovely and polite, especially the stuff working in pool , Glad that we have you guys in Troon .

Positive experience: Lovely spa that has a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Small gym and spa facilities. Staff are super friendly. Would be good to place some refreshments like herbal teas or soft drink in the wellness lounge whilst we wait for our treatment but would still come back. We booked a spa package that included treatments and lunch.

Fantastic experience: Had a really good day at the spa. Had a fantastic back neck and shoulder massage followed by a lovely lunch. Worth every penny. Will be going back soon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending it to all my friends.
